So basically my friend showed me osu and I made a bet with him that I can beat his rank (~90,000-100,000) by the end of the year or I'll pay him $100. I regret this decision.
Help!
Thanks

stalk his profile for top pp plays and beat those
also I warn if you try DT, then you will regret after too
same question, winning the pot is of the utmost importance- Neuu - wrote:

There is a reason why you don't resurrect old threads. Whatever info they contained is either likely no longer relevant and/or served the purpose of answering original poster's questionsQiyana-sama wrote:

I know pp formula changed since then, so idk how accurate this response is anymore. DT is overvalued, the sr is inflated. You can get higher pp playing DT. Maps are shorter allowing you to retry more often in same time, allowing you to grind the number faster.
Eventually you will find that you grinded every DT pp map you can but don't have the required skills to do anything else. So you might try HR, and try grind that with varying degree. In the end you have not built up the sufficient skills required to play anything but DT and maybe HR. You will have no reading ability and no tenacity to do anything other than what a wack-a-mole jump pattern playstyle on short maps would have you require.
