How many Frames can I skin?

Hello there (I hope this is the right Forum),

so I am working on a Osu!Skin and wanted to implement a animated Video for the back button (left Bottom). So I splited the Video into around 4400 Frames. Then I renamed all of them correctly and draw them into the osu Skin folder, but instead of showing the full Video it only showed like the first second of it.

So is there a cap for frames or lengths?

I hope the Thread is understandable.

There is no limit afaik, iirc I've seen animations with 16k frames. Make sure that the files are named correctly. Also, huge animations can make osu quite laggy, so its not the best idea to have gigantic animations. Also, remember to set the ANimationFramerate in the skin.ini, otherwise osu will try to show all frames per second
