01:13:209 (3,4,5) - Also pretty confusing spacing. Plays also pretty bad.
01:33:704 (1,2,3,4) - The same thing like I said about the first jump.
02:20:931 (3,4,5,6) - This is also pretty confusing. Again plays pretty bad.

Maybe take a look at a lot of your note placement and see if you can adjust things with rhythms like that. It would play and sound 10x better. Fixed
