-I did this mod a little while ago so several of the things have already been said in previous mods. Do not do them again if they have already been mentioned in the last day or so. Pretty detailed so up to you what to follow
-1500kb+ background is really too much in my opinion, convert it to JPEG and try and reduce it to below 900kb

Easy:
(spacing made to 1.0 I see, looks better)
OD +1, doesn't need to be on the lowest settings for this map
00:23:308 (1,2,3,4) - has an odd flow, I can't tell exactly what it is following
01:14:991 (1,2,3,4,5) - I wouldn't recommend having a finish on all these notes,remove a few of them

Normal:
I didn't point them all out but I suggest you go through and try and avoid too many overlapping patterns if possible (and try and get rid of most of the anti jumps)
00:05:931 (1,2,3,4,5) - might want to center this on the grid?
00:29:842 (1) - sounds better ending on previous red tick to me
00:24:496 (5,1) - would look neater in general if stuff like this and 00:26:278 (5,1) didn't touch
00:35:189 (2,5,6) - don't overlap? Looks odd when playing
00:58:060 (6,7) - avoid hidden repeats especially on easier difficulties

This feels already pretty close to an Insane IMO.

01:13:209 (3,4,5) - Also pretty confusing spacing. Plays also pretty bad.

00:23:308 (1,2,3,4) - These four notes feel really off-time. I think if you moved 00:20:337 (1) - to 00:19:446 - and ended it at 00:21:526 - with a soft hitsound, it would work a lot better, and that way you can map the vocals a lot easier.
00:32:219 (1,2,3,4) - These as well - they're almost going against the strongest part of the music. Move them back to the red tick (starting from 00:32:070 - ) and adjust things. It'll sound and play a lot better imo.
Maybe take a look at a lot of your note placement and see if you can adjust things with rhythms like that. It would play and sound 10x better. :D
00:48:852 (5) - Reverse arrow is pointing strange.

00:54:199 (5) - Maybe lower the bottom point so that this and the 6 slider don't overlap? There are other small overlaps like this in your map, if you wish to fix them. Otherwise, just ignore this. :p
