I don't want to bother anyone but... in the A_A's hard the notes are a little before of the right possition. Just go to the start of the map and go to the Timing (the one at the top) and then select Resnap All Notes. It will organize all the notes to the right position.

The rest is great.

-I see 6 backgrounds in your folder but taiko doesn't seem to have a background set to it, make sure every difficulty has a background that matches up
-Your offset seems too early at the moment, try +12 (612) don't forget to resnap all your notes/timing sections
-I suggest you fade out the last spinner on every difficulty at 01:28:100 or 01:28:292
-Your spinner needs to have something visible for players to spin around while playing
-Make sure every difficulty has a preview point set at the same place
-Try and remove audio from the video if possible to save file space
-Capitalize the thread title the same as the mp3 if you have time~
-You don't need 'school days' in tags as it is already in the source

The cursor can be kinda invisible on dark parts of the map, and the slider ball is hard to follow since you can barely see it, and dont go pointing about the follow circle, both are important to gameplay elements, and with a sliderball so tiny is hard to see it.
You shouldnt skin away spinner-circle.png it is completely invisible right now, and its necessary so the players know what they are spinning to, so yeah this is unrankable http://puu.sh/Xs4.
