I'm going to stop with the spacing issues here. It looks like you didn't use Distance Snap at all. I'd definitely recommend setting the Distance Snap to 0.8x - 1.0x, going through the whole map, and spacing everything properly.

00:55:580 (1) - Remove this New Combo

-I noticed in this diff that all the notes seemed to be the same four directions from each other. What I mean is that each note was either directly upward, downward, left, or right of the note before it. I'd recommend rearranging the notes into more interesting patterns in this. It'll definitely play much better if you do this.

A_A's Hard:

-OD/AR +3 or 4. It's way too low as it is.
-The slider velocity here is less than Normal. I'd recommend using slider velocity 1.4 - 1.6 for this diff and distance snap 1.0x.

01:03:662 (3) - Way too far from (2). Either move it closer or add a new combo.

Nactra's Insane:

I don't want to bother anyone but... in the A_A's hard the notes are a little before of the right possition. Just go to the start of the map and go to the Timing (the one at the top) and then select Resnap All Notes. It will organize all the notes to the right position.

The rest is great.
