How do I get the lines that direct me to the next note, I have seems some osu videos where there are lines that move to the next note. Does only certain skins have them or is it a option to turn on.

Some skins have followpoints, others don't. There also is no setting in osu to enabled/disable them. If the skin you wan't to use doesn't have them you will need to grab them from another skin and copy them into yours.
The file name is followpoint.png in the skin files. Usually there's up to like 8-9 of these files that control how long the followpoint disappears for and appears for. Hopefully this helps in someway!
