That wouldn't be it. osu works the same once its over 60fps.
The biggest thing (besides practicing a lot obviously) that I've found helps spinning is reducing mouse friction. My spinning got a lot faster once I got a decent mouse and mousepad because I could move my hand faster and easier.JesusYamato wrote:

I randomly spin 420+ on my tablet. Then I never can again.
I can only hit 250 constant... Usually I just spin to the edges of the screen if I don't have to hit anything close after.
