I thought the top diff was around 4.4* before? But when I updated it became 4.91* and that's not going right. Even though star rating is not a thing now, it can still tell a lot of things, especially when you see a jump from 3.2* to 4.9*.
Personally, I feel there can bea lot of improvements. I would like to offer some ideas as this is one of my fav songs xD

00:24:880 (4,5,1) - Even though you are following DS the spacing feels unbalanced tbh
00:42:355 (1,2,3) - distance difference is a bit too much, and the flow on 00:42:355 (1,2) - is uncomfortable to play.
01:04:200 (4,5,6,7,8,1) - wow those jumps don't sound like Hard at all. They pretty much should appear in hyper/light insane or above. The gap with Normal is thus too big...Please fix it.
01:13:229 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - same here
01:22:549 (3,4,5) - you should move 5 to make linear relation with 3 and 4
01:23:132 (5,8,9) - sliders seem random here, try some aesthetics
01:24:297 (1) - stack it at the head of 5 might be better as it emphasises the downbeat.
Some part feels like hyper tbh. e.g. 01:08:569 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - 01:17:889 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - . The introduction of 1/4 is okay since Normal has 1/2 spam. However I think you put too much density and difficulty in kiai. Before kiai everything is as easy as Normal, but suddenly you raised SV a lot and used continuous 1/4 rhythms. They sound like Hyper. Normal-Hyper is a bad thing.

00:23:714 (1,2) - hmm this is not visually good tbh
00:56:336 (1) - the shape can be similar to 00:56:918 (2) - and make a good flow here
01:17:015 (4,1) - blanket is very very off
01:23:714 (3) - NC for significant sv change
Seems ok, but you can nerf the DS in kiai a bit if Lilyanna's gonna nerf Hard.

00:17:889 (3,4,5,6) - there is no reason to suddenly use 1/2 spam here. If you take a look at what you did 00:27:210 (4,5,6,7) - I think you can change the first slider into a circle.
00:42:355 (1,2) - spacing is too small and could be easily mistaken as 1/4
01:03:617 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - hmm why is there suddenly such a big jump pattern? The music is still calm tbh, especially on the blue ticks. 01:03:762 (2,2,2) - they don't really support jumps like you did. This 01:04:491 (1,2,3,4,5) - might be okay since the drum is obvious, but i feel the previous 1212s are overdone.
01:05:074 (6) - prob NC
01:13:521 (1,2,1,2,3,1,1,2,1,2,1) - same issue here, your jumps are actually hard to hit due to linear and blunt flows. Take 01:14:394 (1,2,1,2) - as an example...the music isn't intense enough to form those jumps. This boosts star rating a lot and that shouldn't happen
01:23:132 (4,6) - could NC for SV change
Looking through irre's post, i'd also like to say something:
00:50:802 (1,2,1) - agree this is pretty weird rhythm since blue tick sound is faint
01:06:821 (1,2) - kinda unpredictable if you compare it with 01:11:481 (1,2) - etc
To add on:
01:07:258 - 01:11:918 - 01:15:413 - You used some pauses at the first half of kiai which is great. But then at the last 40% you basically filled them with 1/4 circles. I don't know why you choose to make the inconsistency since music is quite identical.
In conclusion, I feel the spread isn't very satisfactory and the top diff has a few questionable designs. Feel free to poke me for more details and I would love to see this map improving a lot~~
