For the record, you shouldn't reference Urban Dictionary entries by number, because that can easily change in the future if the ratings shift. It's better to just take a screenshot of the entry you are referencing. Just sayin'.
I’m still confused.Aurani wrote:
The very fact that you'd try to defend genuinely and absolutely asocial and autistic behaviour (also known as shitposting) makes that post nonsensical.
How so? I think it was okay: since I didn’t know what it meant, I make sure what the heck you guys were talking about before moving on.lol wrote:

A large group's aggregated answers to questions involving quantity estimation, general world knowledge, and spatial reasoning has generally been found to be as good as, and often better than, the answer given by any of the individuals within the group.Diagnosing someone with autism does not fall under those things afaik.

No, I meant the genuine definition of autism. You have to be either incredibly socially inept or be to some degree on the spectrum if "shitposting" is something seriously addictive and nice to do. It genuinely baffles me.DJ Enetro wrote:

first, if you somehow really haven't noticed, I implore you to look at this: search.php?&&author_id=1890385&start=30 and then tell me how exactly I would know your behaviour across the span of a year, nevermind the fact that I really don't care about people here bar a select few (and I assure you, you would know if you were one of those people)DJ Enetro wrote:

hence why giving any kind of attention to Enetro is completely worthless since he relishes in it, even if it's the bad kind of attention. honestly at this point i feel like we're just encouraging the guy to act the way he does since his behavior causes a lot of reactions out of peopleTupsu wrote:

Infinite scrolling did get a bit better, but still not like pages. Going by post enumeration instead of sets of 15 is weird.Endaris wrote:

well what I meant was those subforums wouldnt be affected as much, I dont think map threads often exceed 10 pages or smth and in off topic subforums u see threads that are 50-100 pages long and moreKisses wrote:

I pretty much agree with Railey overall. The dev team do care more about the design than the functionality of the users, especially as it doesn't affect them. The same happened with the new modding process with beatmaps where are lot of feedback/opinions (that aren't good ones) fall on deaf ears

lo and behold, the archetypal forum moderator, these type of people are everywhere. It's stupid really, a lot of people have no discipline or self-respect and jump at the opportunity to engage in a sort of hierarchical power play even if it's something as inconsequential as a forum.Green Platinum wrote:

people like being edgy and push boundaries then cry about it. It becomes a joke when people complain no action is being taken "where are mods? what they are doing?", while it is a hellscape of decision making for the mods themselves. People just have different standards and thresholds. Can't satisfy all of them. This is coming from my experience being the ot!neus discord admin, not really has anything to do with tuuba, but may be applicable.B1rd wrote:
OT is good for the most part, with it being left to its own devices most of the time. Though it seems that's set to change with the new forum design. I wouldn't recommend going to Tuuba though, it's the same deal of intolerable personalities wielding moderator power.
Maybe peppy is just overshooting backwards a bit when trying to fit in with the osu teenagers yes? Surely he's a nice guy or something in reality, deep inside, or something like that.B1rd wrote:
