ok tbh about ur hitsounding in ez and top diff, some of le sections r kinda lackluster cuz it has merely very few whistles or sth. like on 00:15:125 - and 00:45:125 - regardless of the number of notes, u cud just add some more whistles or other hs cuz it feels rlly faint while the song is monotoned melody.

some of the ncs thoughout the diff is probably not very consistent tho. cuz its like u add each nc in every two downbeats at a time, but somehow not linear and consistent. ther r parts leik 00:09:500 (1) - 00:24:500 (1) - 00:28:250 - and maybe 00:54:500 - idk, cud simply remove them ya
top diff
00:28:132 - maybe add a circle here on tis blue tick? wud be p cool if tis has a triplet for following the hi-hats tho
00:34:578 (2,3) - thats proly leik the biggest jump in the whole diff from wat i see h ere. some other jumps r like x2 avg, but tis one is overly ^2.4x which is p big tho. might also create a spike so maybe u cud reduce it a little bit by placing it somewher (maybe place it liek on x247 y182 ig), and adjust it similarly likr the other jumps to balance density.
