Listen, I know you think your new beatmap is pretty cool, but please, for the love of Cthulhu and all that is holy, if you want your beatmap to be liked, you need to make it in easier difficulties. I know this game is great for people who have something to prove, but there are others like me, that can only handle the normal difficulty. You want your beatmap to be downloaded and rated? I, along with many other players, are skipping your level because you only have one difficulty - Insane.
Now, this isn't the case for the good beatmaps. These maps have been tested and checked, and have easy difficulty, normal, and hard, along with the crazy-insane difficulty. These are the ones I download, and these and the ones I will rate. I'm trying to find a good beatmap of Leslie Wai's Paradigm because I feel like it would be fun to just tap along to the beat. All I find are beatmaps I am unable to play, ones with a supposedly normal difficulty that's actually devilishly hard, and one with two hard difficulties, one having less stars than the other, but are essentially the same map.
I just want to play some music that I like that actually had some effort put into the map that I can play. Is that really too hard to ask?
EDIT: Don't even get me started on maps that are off-beat.
