The minimum draining (play) time for a map is 30 seconds (but the recommended minimum is 45 seconds). If your map is shorter than that, then try looping the song with an audio editing program. This is so each map gives a high enough score, and also so people do not try and cut songs too short for no reason, thus stopping people from enjoying the song fully.

Djulus asked my opinion about drain time, so let me finish this disussion about drain times. We can find several nominated sets of this song which have got a spinner at the end and it starts on ~28th second:

As I told before spinner counts as drain time too so it's pretty well rn, also let's take a look at other songs which have similar problem but they were going to get approved:
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1172819 - here last slider starts on 4:48 and as we may see it's much less than 5 minutes minimum, but it ends on 5:05 so it's just good to use such sliders/spinners at the end.
btw also you suggested looping song to increase drain time, but let me show you incoming RC update: t/602728
Songs/maps cannot be modified to reach the minimum drain time. Abusing the 5 minute limitation removes its intended purpose. Types of abuse include:
Lowering a song’s BPM
Looping portions of a song
Adding sounds before/after a song begins/ends
Extending spinners/sliders over inaudible sounds
Manually removing breaks
Though, this rule wasn't added yet but it might be added soon so better do not suggest things in which you aren't sure and which may create problems in the near future. I hope that my arguments will stop this discussion.

Also Masha's diff has some things that hurt me, so let me point them up.
  1. 00:05:567 (5,6) - I don't see reasons to use stack here because there are no same stacks, you used jumps for the other same moments.
  2. Also I agree with SnowNino that you could emphasis vocal power here 00:05:989 (7,8) - by using different spacing because 00:06:201 - sounds much quieter than this one 00:05:990 -
  3. I cannot agree with such low DS in placements like 00:08:102 (1,2) - 00:08:525 (3,4) - 00:08:948 (5,6) - etc because the most part of the song has been emphasized by high DS and even if thee ones sound quieter they could be emphasized a bit more. Also, it's so stupid: 00:08:102 - the most loud part of the tact is emphasized by 1.5DS and this one 00:08:525 (3) - , which doesn't sound really strong tbh, placed for 2.5, same for 00:04:722 (1,3) -
I think your diff could be much better, I pointed the most important things which hurt me.

Pretty much an aesthetics-about mod, so it's composed from 90% of subjective suggestions

[Tarrasky's Insane]
  1. 00:03:454 (2,3) - Move these objects to the right, you have two ways to do this, 1) Move them to x:284 y:176, they will look like they're part of the triplet in this way, or, 2)Overlap them with 00:02:821 (6) - and edit the slidershape (make a blanket, for example) so it won't touch 00:03:032 (1) -
  2. Overlap 00:05:990 (7) - with 00:05:144 (3) -
  3. Move 00:10:637 (4) - down, so it won't overlap with 00:09:370 (7) -
  4. 00:11:482 (1,2) - The map is basically jump spams, so you should at least use 1/2 sliders instead of 1/1, using a such "calm" pattern out of nowhere doesn't make sense
  5. 00:14:018 (5) - NC?
  6. 00:15:919 (4,6,7,1) - Use the same distance snap between (4) and (6) ._;
  7. 00:16:553 (1,2) - Same thing as before, no reason for 1/1 sliders, the map is full of 1/2 beats, you alternate these 1/2-1/1 patterns pretty randomly, is a there a reason for this or it's just a random map?   • In first place, this isn't a Light Insane at all, all the patterns are Insane patterns, they're easy because the BPM is low.

  3. 00:07:997 (5) - Another beat you didn't map
  4. 00:09:581 (8,9,1) - The sound here is almost absent, but you mapped a triplet, why didn't you map triplets before when the sounds were much stronger?
  5. 00:12:961 (7,1) - Put a triplet
  6. Jumps were mapped without a normal structure before, why don't you keep doing it instead of using squares out of nowhere as you did for 00:18:243 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ?
  7. 00:23:102 (1,1) - Silence the sliderends

Fixed the first one by adding a kickslider which is meant to give less emphasis to 00:14:123 -, the second one is made on purpose, I'm not using the previous structure of the first kiai and this mini-stream fits pretty well imo. About the third one, the fusion of the sounds makes the triplet completely justified, it fits perfectly and I can't see any problem in it. I clearly hear a beat in 00:13:067 (8) -. I already explained the last point
