I think that having the slider on the red tick is appropriate enough because the drum sound clearly starts there. There's a clear division between this section and the previous one (guitar and drums) this way so imo it's fine.

01:11:427 (4,5) - vocal
and it becomes unclear as to what ur actually following. a rhythm that sticks with the same track would be more appropriate
