03:06:240 to 03:53:740 -> hard keep up with the drain rate... maybe it's wiser if use more map like 03:13:740 to 03:19:240 or use the slider... or maybe the break...

btw, I seems to agree with James about this one... It's rather boring for beatmap just follow the vocal... xD

No major issues jumped out at me, so I'm going to pick on a few minor nitpicks.
00:35:25 (3) - This slider has too many vertecies in it imo making the slider not-smooth looking. If that's the look you're going for, then kudos~

The distance snap is really modest, often making it difficult to infer how far apart notes should be timing-wise based on the distance separating them.

00:17:87 (1) - This should fall on the whole-beat, yes?
01:55:50 (5) - I could predict the repeat on this slider based on the music and flow of the map, but it's somewhat hidden due to score explosions, so redirect the end-point such that it's clearly visible during play
02:33:75 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - A bit messy here. Try moving the 5-9 so that they don't cross over the 3 and 4.

04:27:62 (14) - Move 1/4 to the right. Also, this spot is a perfect place for a spinner. One that ends at 04:29:75.

01:23:50 (6) - This would sound a little better if it had a finish like the other sliders in that combo. Just so it completes the pattern. Not to mention the other slider like that has a Finish sound.
02:24:62 (3) - Move this 1/4 beat to the right, then shorten it by 1/4 beat.
02:48:75 (1,2,3,4) - This part just looks kinda ugly. I thought they'd be stacked on top of each other when watching it, but they weren't. Then I thought the 4 was under the slider end on 3, but no. It's just weird.

m980, if you're doing a mod post on a bubbled map, unbubble.

Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and rank this, but I wanna say something as well.

Judging by the layout, you used distance snap very religiously. This is a very good approach when you're first starting out, but as your beatmap experience grows, I'd recommend you experiment with spacing a bit. Even if you keep distance snap on, let some sections (typically faster-paced sections) have a greater distance snap multiplier to mix it up a bit. Just something to keep in mind in the future.
