how about some trendy anime related diffname like "homunculus" or "winry rockbell is a fucking 10" or something

00:13:552 (4,5,6) - you could do something cool here by putting sliders on the high pitched guitars (so ctrl g on these) and making 00:15:027 - into a 1/2 slider as well
00:18:713 (1,2) - think a rhythm like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7740963 works better to focus on the vocal
it seem like youre following the vocals after but then you suddenly switch to guitar for like 2 sliders o.o

00:18:713 (1,2) - think a rhythm like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7740963 works better to focus on the vocal This is actually a concept im borrowing from mr monstrata, which is to use 1/1 sliders after an intense section (in this case the jumps and burst) as a sort of segue into a calmer one right after. Agree that it doesnt follow the vocals perfectly, but it's a good transition.

I nerfed em a bit I guess in fixing this I did something kinda gimmicky but it fits the aesthetics and the song so hopefully its ok with you

00:10:419 (1,2,3) - This 180 degree movement seened rather uncharacteristic of your jump structuring so far. how about moving 00:10:787 (3) - to stack with 00:11:894 (3) - ? Creates a nicer angle going into the next pattern imo.
00:14:657 (2,3,4,5,6) - Same, this jump pattern felt odd to me, since you broke flow going into 2 whereas so far you've been integrating the slider's path into your movements thus far. here's something I tried. 2>3>4 is the same location, just shifted in timeline. 5 has been moved so that its a ctrl+J'ed pattern of 2+4 This movement allows you to continue the flow you've built up by doing a left-ward movement onto circle 2 rather than a sharp upward movement.

You could make the angle here sharper going into 1 and more obtuse going into 6 imo, it would compliment the sharp left-ward angles you create with 00:21:478 (1,2,3,4) - (great flow btw).
