Sugestion,

- Delete korean on tags Do I need to? I included it because this is "Korean" ED of the anime, and some people might do want to search with that information.
Normal
- Use AR 3? somewhat your configuration too low compared with Normal I can change it it suits the map itself better but... AR2 to AR5 is not big at all. It's 1560ms to 1200ms. This gap feeels much smaller than 300ms difference of AR5 to AR7 actually, since the proportion of the approaching speed is more important. Anyway, I used AR2 here since the song is really slow, and the objects are very close to each other, while Normal is AR5 due to many spaced 1/2s.
- 00:21:615 (5) - Due to music transition, the hitsound on head seems inconsistent with 00:36:384 (5) - It's okay to be inconsistent, as it's just how the music is. Different sound = different feedback.
- 00:24:384 (3) - Blanket a bit off Fixed
- 00:39:153 (3) - Try ctrl+h that one and make the flow between (3,1) more natural, I'm not sure why you put that one backward It makes the transition from 2 to 3 awkward. It's better to have a new-combo'd note have a hard transition instead, so that the pattern can be differentiated better.
- 01:05:923 (5,6) - Adding whistle on both sounds cool to highlight the lyric "Annyeong" somewhat as you did on previous one 00:58:538 (4,5) - and 01:13:307 (4,5) - seems you forget that one It's not that I forgot, but it's because I strictly followed the drums there on Insane and I copied it to lower diffs. But anyway fixed.
- 01:22:076 (2) - Maybe delete the finish or use additional drum on it http://puu.sh/ssmzD/9ff1eae23e.jpg? three consecutive finish sounds too loud lol But they deserve such strong emphasis imo.
Insane
- Use CS 3~3.5? CS 4 seems too tiny when we play with hardrock on this diff lol uhh okay I just worried about the gap between Hard diff but I guess it's okay.
- 00:16:077 (3) - Maybe flipped that one into http://puu.sh/ssmYf/70cd60908c.jpg ? Somehow the flow on (2,3) towards (1) more natural that way It doesn't feel that weird for me, and I usually don't want to repeat 3 of a same slider consecutively unless the song calls for it.
- 00:20:692 (1,2,3) - I'm not really sure what are you try to follow on that one, the 3/4 reverse somewhat odd to follow if try to catch up with the instrument. Maybe the rhythm will be distinguished better if you follow the humming vocal instead like you did on 00:13:307 (1,2,3) - , 00:28:077 (1,2,3) - and etc, so try this rhythm http://puu.sh/ssleZ/89afa903c7.jpg or http://puu.sh/sslE8/a6ffd8fc5e.jpg ? I don't know why people feel it weird, but for me 00:21:499 - is pretty much an important drum sound and ignoring 00:21:614 - this beat is essential to focus on the drums. This rhythm is the really only option to keep what I want to follow here. If someone thinks a 3/4 reverse slider is too hard to read for Normal players, it's just underestimating them.
- If you agree with mod above then 00:21:614 - and 00:22:076 - could be add whistle as well for concistency Also I don't feel those humming sounds stand out at all, so I don't feel any necessity to add whistles.
- 00:36:384 - and 00:36:845 - Could be add whistle as well The drums stand out much more, and since that's what I'm following here, I think there's no need to represent other sounds alongside.
- 01:05:923 (3) - Add whistle on both head and tail for "Annyeong" Fixed
- 01:08:923 (2) - Maybe ctrl+h that one? the pattern will looks better if more paralel with the next straight slider I like it more in this way since it looks more balanced, not tilted. It also makes the transition from 01:07:769 (3) - more edgy.
- 01:22:076 (2) - Maybe delete the finish or use additional drum on it http://puu.sh/ssmzD/9ff1eae23e.jpg? three consecutive finish sounds too loud lol Nah I won't
I don't really have any issue about the gameplay, just some nazi things
- 00:50:922 (3) - Nc that to indicate the slow part on (3,4)? Used it on 00:51:153 - instead
- 01:05:922 - and 01:06:384 - Could be add whistle for "Annyeong" This is strictly following the drums, I don't want other hitsounds to interrupt them D:
- 01:22:076 (2) - Maybe delete the finish or use additional drum on it http://puu.sh/ssmzD/9ff1eae23e.jpg? three consecutive finish sounds too loud D:
