I'll confirm metadata once again later, but here's what I've found so far:
There are a few albums released with this song included, but they're all inconsistent because album search websites suck... they don't really put 'strictly official' things. Some of them even have the artist name as "Various Artists" and this just means there's no artist name included in the album itself. Though some of them have it as "장숙희" which is the singer's name.

The most reliable thing can be found in http://blog.naver.com/whdgk5107/220030654924 here. It has pictures of the album and the song list. You can see the back of the box used the name of "안녕! 디지몬 (TV 시리즈 1부 엔딩 테마송)" which means "Annyeong! Digimon (TV Series 1st season ending theme song)" and I'm pretty sure that the thing in the parenthesis is not part of the song name itself. It's there just for an explanation of where the song is played, because this album consists of 2 seasons of Digimon Adventure. So I won't consider it as "part of the official title" blahblah.
Also one of the picture below shows the actual tape, and it only says "안녕! 디지몬" so this explains it too.
