Not sure what you're following, vocals or instrumental. Focus on one, or find balance in both. I won't mention all of the focus issues, but will list some. Find the ability to do so on your own.

- 00:28:002 - you missed vocals. Seeing how there are similar patterns, you should fix those.
- 00:35:502 - you ended on another vocal note.
- 00:38:033 - this whole section up to 00:48:252 - misses the vocal parts, which is pretty important in this section, since instrumental doesn't have a big impact here in the song. I suggest you fix that.

You missed way too many things, I recommend you go over it with someone more experienced to fix up and polish the map before you look for a BN or two. Theres also the concern about hitsounds. its everywhere, no pattern. Its unnatural. I recommend you improve the hitsounds.
