00:15:453 (1) - Why a pause here? You can do a slider instead for the held note. The pause really breaks flow because you force the player to move from here to the next object twice as slow as usual.
00:15:953 (1,1,2,1) - This is a lot better because the 1/1 gap doesn't influence spacing (its stacked vs same visual distance but twice the time)
00:33:078 (2,1) - This should really be a 1/2 slider xP 1 isn't in audible so i dont think you should just put a circle there like all the other drums.

I liked the symmetry you used near the end. Wish you used it more often xD.

Other difficulties look ready. I think the four mentioned above could use like 2-3 more mods. Lily Bread's diff, I felt some rhythms were a bit unintuitive and could be further improved. Generally, the set is pretty good, and could just use a bit more polishing. I guess you can call me back after you've got the mods!

00:31:703 (4) - I recommend reunification distance with other sliders. there is no have strong sound and no need to be emphasized imo.

00:12:953 (1,2,3) - I felt awkward in this flow. If you want to modify as little as possible, I recommend http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5846024 this and 00:13:453 (8,9,10,11) - replace these notes. I think it'll be better than before.
00:17:953 (1) - red dot slider is not fit at all in my thought. 00:18:328 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - plz consider these sliders

Other difficulties look ready. I think the four mentioned above could use like 2-3 more mods. Lily Bread's diff, I felt some rhythms were a bit unintuitive and could be further improved. Generally, the set is pretty good, and could just use a bit more polishing. I guess you can call me back after you've got the mods!

It turned out to be a bit more challenging for me to catch the flow. It also looked not really clean after all.
00:33:953 - for this whole part I think you could tone down nc usage a bit, there are so many single object combos and drain just gets weird I use NCs to emphasize the strong beats/make the patterns easier to read. If the NCs were not there, the readability might really become an issue.
00:44:703 (1,2,1,2) - http://i.imgur.com/IR5za2a.jpg movement gets so awkward to play here, but I can'T really give a good alternative without changing some other patterns ; / Yeah, it is a little bit hard to follow, but its feels fine for me to play.
00:47:703 (1,2,3,4,1) - can you not space 1/8 streams just as 1/6 ones a bit earlier? so easy to mistake for 1/6 They are not spaced the same. In fact, I usel 0.5x DS for these streams, meaning that 1/8s should have smaller spacing than 1/6s
01:10:203 (3) - why is this cymbal thing suddenly stacked? doesnt match your other patterning and won't really work for emphasis. how about something like http://i.imgur.com/3HlX0wQ.jpg ? I stacked like that because I want to emphasize 01:10:328 - by creating a huge distance difference between 01:10:203 (3,4) - and 01:10:078 (2,3) - . I also used similar patterns in other places (like 01:19:078 (2,3,2,3) -, 00:12:328 (2,3) - , ... etc.)

ah. I'm a little bit late here but well, who knows.

I think there might be some things that should be clarified (or even fixed) here, some further discussion is probably required.
They are from my own view, but I'll try my best to make them more objective so people can see and judge them as well.

First of all, since 09kami's is no longer available in the regular set, it might not be appropriate to have his name in tags. well.

[freesongs]

00:20:953 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I might agree if you're going to make them with the backgrounds, but the stacks and pattern feel overdone here. imo the pattern is boosting the emphasis, which is weird because 1) it breaks the consistency on stacks and beats 2) causes a huge emphasis loss on 00:21:828 - behind the slider leniency
00:28:453 (3,4,5) - where's your special stacking pattern? also it fits better here since there's a brass on 00:28:578 - . (percussion gets stronger too btw)
00:44:453 (2,3,4,1) - imo a straight stream could be much better before a sharp Z-shape jumps. those turns are wrist-breaking.
00:49:953 (1,2,1,2) - I did expect a spacing boost because a crescendo starts on 00:48:953 -, but they are all lowered all of a sudden. Let's take 00:33:953 (1,2,1,2) - as a reference, you used anti jumps, bigger spacings, movements...but they are all not being used here. Even if you're trying to make some varieties, they are still way too weird.

09kami has a diff before and it's removed, so there's nothing wrong including it in tags.
If it must be removed, qat can do it without disqualification tho I doubt if there's any need.

Freesongs will reply to this today, so don't worry, you will see his reply before its ranked.

第二段确实比第一段好打点，少了些anti，这样可以增加variety...我个人是觉得打图的时候一轻一快节奏变起来挺舒服的，就看你怎么map了吧。

最后...这图真的很良心啊，相比于现在那么多无脑1/2大跳图，这种有风格的set确实很少见，我也想把这样的set多多引入osu，因此这首6.22的图打起来确实很卡手。他并没有spacing连打,没有big jump，很多都是有趣的节奏排列组合，说他卡手是肯定的。不过我希望你能接收一下这种风格啦，毕竟freesongs的图风就这样，你可以参考helix来着。
其实你说的那些issue，确实不是不能改，但是没必要。不会cause dq，但是可能打的更顺手，我觉得还是mapper自己的选择喜好吧，我觉得这样的图没什么问题。在consistency上去挑刺感觉没什么必要==dq一趟也很麻烦，更何况是没什么太大改变的dq，不值得。

It's more like your personal thoughts about how to map this song through freesongs' diff,so i dont think it's a valid reason for dq, the map has it's unique style and it's totally fine.

They are easy to follow and do not require much reading compared to other patterns before and after. For the second time (00:28:953 (1,2,3,4,5) - ), I changed the idea entirely to build up for the kiai, which makes the entire transition (from "before kiai" to "kiai")more natural imo.
00:28:453 (3,4,5) - where's your special stacking pattern? also it fits better here since there's a brass on 00:28:578 - . (percussion gets stronger too btw) explained above I believe

My intention was to emphasize the beginning of the kiai. At the beginning of the second kiai, there is not much need for emphasis again imo (It is according how I feel the song is like). They are lower in spacing but not in difficulty. The flow is different and that is exactly what I want to create here. It also gives a smooth transition to the calm part after the kiai.

Yeah, I did hesitate about this when I was placing these four sliders. I tried to make the rhythm as vary as possible while not breaking the flow idea behind it. The idea here was to do an oval flow to make a small contrast with the straight flow right after this 00:53:953 (1,2,1,2,1) -

The different feeling of flow is exactly what I want the players to get overall.
