Stack leniency at minimum is unrankable as far as i know, so raise it.
01:08:992 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - Not exactly a fan of these cause the 50/100/300's will cover the objects.... Although 01:10:455 (1,2,3) - may be okay

Hard:

Add preview time, preferably same a neetfantasia
Consider using lead time of 0.5 seconds like neetfantasia
Theres a bookmark point out of bounds >_>, you should delete it in with notepad cause i dont think you can inside of osu unless youre going to dleete all the bookmarks
00:06:250 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - These objects overlaps each others in a bad way, i suggest re arrange them, and make it look good. There are other parts that overlaps badly too, but not as bad as this part.
00:07:530 (7,8) - I usually dont mod distance spacing but this...
I dont really like the sudden change of difficulty at the start of the kiai time. I suggest to tone it down.
And also dont really like the over use of spinner at the end of the map. I suggest to reduce the use of them.

I really enjoyed playing neetfantasia, so im only starring because of that difficulty >_>

Unstack the notes that are stacked...they dont go well in easy.
Also, some notes are pretty close to when spinners end, this is tough for new players. I reccommend deleting some spinners, or moving some notes.

Your Kiai continues almost for the whole minute.Maybe use several fountains instead? Or at least make short breaks.

LRJulien's Easy:

00:13:201 - Hard criteria: Note exists 366ms after spinner (less than 400ms). It's quite frustrating for new players.
01:11:737 - Unnecessary break. It worked on Hard, but it's bothersome here to have warning arrows come up while you're still playing through a section like this.

Normal:

Very lacking in hitsounds. Why don't you use claps and finishes?

Hard:

00:26:189 (4,5) - I don't like this spacing; even if it's intentional, it doesn't fit here.
01:36:798 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - A bit over the top, don't you think?
02:36:067 (3,4) - I don't like this spacing; even if it's intentional, it doesn't fit here.

Neetfantasia:

Resnap all notes. Also, the kiai here is shorter than all the others, fix that.
01:26:553 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - This can all be in the same combo.
01:53:625 (1) - Remove new combo, feels too short and out of place here.
02:20:332 (4,5) - Shorten the distance between these notes slightly. The jump is fine, but it feels just a little too long. Maybe.
02:39:722 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - This can all be in the same combo.

Please take in mind that some of theese errors are suggestions not directions, feel free to take or leave anything or edit as you see fit.

BG name is too big, try using a different name of something simpler like BG.jpg or something then editing the name in the osu files accordingly.
star.png isnt needed for a custom beatmap skin, this is used only to show the star rating of a map in the beatmap listing.
Did you ask cyclone for permission to use his skin elements?

[General]
Pure white combo color hurts the eyes, specially during kiai, i recommend you change it.

[Neetfantasia]
What's with all the semi-curvy sliders? for example: 00:04:963 (2), 00:05:878 (6), 00:06:427 (1), 00:07:890 (4), 00:08:439 (6), and many others, you should try to make smoother curves outta them or just make them linear instead. For example theese:

Gray combo color can cause confusion during tag play in multiplayer.

[Timing]
I just noticed that your offset seems to be off, -10 ms please, also it seems to be half a beat off, meaning the metronome ticks on silences and the drum seems to be right in between them at the start, this of course means that, that drum must be the main beat a.k.a the white ticks, not the red.

Basically these are all suggestions cause there are no signifficant problems.

Well, someone mentioned about 999. This song is almost 3 minutes long so I don't care about that.
Wow, I can see quite hard and long streams. (Oh, it's just my feeling about patterns so never mind XD)

Yeah, too bad another Necrofantasia map got ranked before this one. I know what it's like (DJPop and his Taboo Tears You Up map. Derp).
Oh well, let's make this one better than that one, even if I haven't seen that one yet.

  1. Timing looks perfect to me
  2. I don't think "Theme" and "Stage 7" should be in the tags. I know why you put them in there, but I think they are too vague to be good tags.
  3. The skin seems to have elements from Cyclone's touhou skin, but it doesn't use the hitcircles? I would've put the hitcircles in as well, but I guess the reason they are not in there is because you don't like them.
  4. Your comboburst is too wide. The maximum size is the size of the comboburst from the standard skin, which is 388x787, while yours is 460x640. Can you shrink the burst down so it fits the max size?
  5. The comboburst is facing the wrong way too, I think. Right now it faces away from the screen when it appears. Can you flip it horizontally so it looks in the right direction?
[LRJ'S EASY] (The guy who had his own map for this song still made a difficulty? Hmm)

Seems pretty solid. Maybe there is too many 1/4 streams, but it's alright.

01:33:510 (3) - Remove this beat? Feels somewhat more natural without it imo.

You really could have mapped to the chorus better in this one. I can see where you did map to, but where you could have put some awesome long sliders, you put constant 1/4 beats (e.g at 01:14:851 (5,6,7,8)). Maybe keep that in mind, even though I think that's just how I would map it.

00:09:180 (1,2,3,4) - Remove these jumps? I don't quite like them. I can't see how they fit into the music so they end up feeling random.

02:07:534 (1,2,3,4) - ^ (as nice as they look, I don't think they play as well as that)

It seems alright, but the harder-end difficulties are a bit hit-and-miss. The easier difficulties are very nice, and even though the harder ones aren't too bad, they felt a bit too overmapped for my tastes.

Well, I haven't used Circle Size Normal, because I hate small circles and it was in "Opinion", so I've thought "I think it's fine like that" since I hate them, but I've never thought this will be so important... :/

Okay, I almost FC'd that Lunatic at first try, except I was so nervous I got a slider break on the very last slider. Well.

THAT SPINNER. I could absolutely not see my cursor while spinning. It made me miss and fail on Neetfantasia.

Oh, don't misunderstand me.
You're right: it was under "Opinions" so it was just one of my personal suggestion for the map and you didn't have to follow that if you didn't want to.
But i feel sorry for that, i really liked it that way ;_;

You mean, you couldn't see where your cursor was when spinning because the cursor blend with the spinner-circle ?? That's weird because the spinner-circle has dark colors while the cursor is a blue, not to bright but you can notice it very easily.

I spin extremely close to the center of the screen, and pretty fast, so I can't see the cursor in detail, and by the time I actually spot it, it's too late.
I was not blaming the spinner, anyway. This is a problem I had, thus, other people might have had it too, so I thought it could be a good idea to point it out.

I spin extremely close to the center of the screen, and pretty fast, so I can't see the cursor in detail, and by the time I actually spot it, it's too late.
I was not blaming the spinner, anyway. This is a problem I had, thus, other people might have had it too, so I thought it could be a good idea to point it out.
I see, I don't spin like that, and while I spin I always watch were my cursor is, oh well, I will take this in mind when I make another spinner set, thanks for pointing it out Odaril.
