First off, the difficulty names are waaay too long!
Please rename them to a simple Easy, and Hard.

Try an offset of 7,258 ms.

Really love your storyboard and use of kiai. (Your kiai is very unique here! I love it.)

Recheck your vertical and horizontal sliders and make sure they're perfectly strait.

Only major problem I see is with sliders not stacking.

Blanket statement:
No hitsound type established?

Easy:
Definitely make more the hitsounds a bit more varied. In this case, the Finish sound is very overused, and it has its moments, but a lot of phrases could deal with Claps instead of Finishes. If you'd like me to go more in depth, I'd be glad to, just tell me.

Hard:
-00:01:06 (1) - This could benefit from a Whistle.
-00:05:03 (1) - This could benefit from a normal Finish.
-00:22:24 (2) - New Combo mark goes here.
-00:22:68 (1) - Remove the New Combo mark.
-Repeat those last two points for the following beats:
-00:23:12 (2)
-00:23:56 (1)
-00:25:33 (1)

Overall, I'm going to say the same thing about this that I said about Easy: this would benefit from hitsound variety.

Popping the bubble due to these problems across the board. I didn't get too into specifics as far as hitsounds go, since it IS your map. I'd just think that variety would improve this.

-00:51:361 to 01:09:008 needs hitsounds.
-01:11:214 onwards, you seemed to ignore my advice again. Fix this.
-01:31:50 (5) - Finish goes here.
Otherwise, it's fine.

Hard:
What I suggested for it was bastardized (IE you took absolutely NONE of what I said and pretty much screwed it up). Fix it CORRECTLY this time. I apologize for being harsh, but that will get it done.

Yes, I'm still popping it. Why? Because Hard needs to have a less boring array of hitsounds.

What do I mean? There are sections entirely without hitsounds, there are sections that call for claps, you WAY overuse finishes...that sort of stuff.
