I use calligraphy 2 because that's how I hold my pencil as well.
I imagine grip can help a lot, but it's pretty efficient to just use your personal style unless your grip is really poor. This was interesting, I didn't think many people went this far for cool osu! terminology.

I already messaged the author quite a while ago (precisely on the 1st november '15) and told him to reupload the pictures to upppy as there were some issues with loading the pictures from dropbox.
