honestly with the way you mapped this OD 8.5 or OD 9 would work better since it's pretty jumpy throughout
also drain -1 cuz idk if this is passable with HR because of the spinners / slow part after the break imma check (edit: apparently it is and doesn't drain much at all but the suggestion still stands i guess)
01:43:143 (6) - curve this slider maybe so it flows better from 01:42:970 (5)
02:05:212 (9) - same thing here, flows a bit better even if it's CTRL+H'd and stays in the same spot
02:14:037 - useless green lines ew
02:16:246 (6) - move the sliderend upwards a bit so the flow is straight maybe?
02:30:470 (9,1) - not really a fan of how 02:30:556 (1) - isn't completely straight like the rest of the stream

Looks like you put a new mp3 in again?
I downloaded this about 3 months ago for a tournament and now had to play it in another tournament again and got some very ugly desync after I clicked on update.
Would be nice if you updated your description accordingly so people will redownload.

Okay in that case I probably got the map already before the change mentioned in your description. I could only recall the map from that situation 3 months ago and as I usually don't download unranked maps I assumed that I didn't have it earlier.
Might have got it at one of the very rare occasions I played multi then on the earlier version.

01:33:660 - put a circle here and delete 01:39:177 (2) - since this would be a better place to rest in order to emphasize 03:51:936 (3) – and stay more consistent with the rhythm. If you insistent on having a break here, than do it like you did at 04:15:384 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) – by making it consistent and on these vocals.
03:43:315 – and 03:51:591 (2) – apply to all other places like this one if you accept

01:52:970 – and 01:54:350 – and 01:55:729 – consider putting circles here. By leaving circles absent at 01:58:487 - , you do a real good job of highlighting the lyrics when compared to filling in the lyrics at 01:52:970 – . In addition, this is a stronger part of// the song imo, so being restful here doesn't fit nicely.
02:26:074 – obviously apply to other places if you accept

There are two things you can do to kind of balance this section out. Try making 02:39:867 (4) – a circle instead to give the player a slight rest, especially before going into the tricky rhythm at 02:40:212 (1,2) - . Also, try to avoid this stack at 02:40:901 (3,1) – by maybe doing: http://puu.sh/og4Iy/4f388fa1fa.jpg. This would also let you keep a more standard NC pattern and fix the DS between 02:40:901 (3,4) – which is currently 1.08x

03:20:212 – and 03:42:281 (2) – and 03:45:039 (1) – and 03:47:798 (1,3) – I'd like mention the pacing of the map. This is a really long break which keeps the player out of the map for a little too long. This would be okay, but then the section at 03:31:246 (1) – is kind of weak, so the player is starting to feel underwhelmed with this part of the map, but that's still okay because the rising bass implies that the section is a build up section into a strong section. Then you have all these long sliders and that are really weak, which makes for a whole minute with very weak rhythm. So I can understand not putting a spinner of sorts at 03:20:212 – (though this is the simpler fix), but don't also make the rhythm so weak with 03:42:281 (2) – and 03:45:039 (1) – and 03:47:798 (1,3) – etc. Pick one of these and change it.

04:49:177 (3,4) – Based on instances like 04:52:625 (1,2) - , I'd suggest you stick closer to the vocals here by making (3) a 1/1 slider and making (4) a circle at 04:49:694 - .

04:20:901 (1,2) – This weak overlap looks poor. Go with a slightly stronger overlap like 04:42:108 (3,4) - , a much stronger overlap like 04:44:867 (3,4) - , or don't overlap (I'd pick the first option).

04:46:763 (5,6,1) – This spacing doesn't feel nice because you emphasize (6) with the jump into but ignore (1) with a real small spacing, but in the song, (1) is the much much stronger note. Make (6) be the one to have smaller spacing into it and put the jump into (1). (In the same way you wouldn't let spacing mess up your design, don't let a design mess up your spacing)

So try adding more objects (probably just make (5,6) both ½ sliders) and add spacing in this section like you do at 02:24:350 (5,6) - to keep the map going here.
03:52:625 (5,6,1) – If you accept the above, apply to other places like this one.

02:00:039 (9,1) – This spacing is rather small considering (1) is a strong note. Try increasing the spacing here, say, by stacking (1) on 01:59:694 (7) - ?

02:01:591 (1,2,3,4,5) – and 02:34:694 (1,2,3,4) – etc, I think these lyrics are quite strong, so I'd like a stronger rhythm to go with it. Consider making the 2nd and 4th slider into two circles instead or some other way to include more circles.

02:16:246 (6,3) – overlap is not ideal

There are two things you can do to kind of balance this section out. Try making 02:39:867 (4) – a circle instead to give the player a slight rest, especially before going into the tricky rhythm at 02:40:212 (1,2) - . Also, try to avoid this stack at 02:40:901 (3,1) – by maybe doing: http://puu.sh/og4Iy/4f388fa1fa.jpg. This would also let you keep a more standard NC pattern and fix the DS between 02:40:901 (3,4) – which is currently 1.08x - holy shit, that's awesome dude (changed the second chorus' pattern too for consistency)

03:20:212 – and 03:42:281 (2) – and 03:45:039 (1) – and 03:47:798 (1,3) – I'd like mention the pacing of the map. This is a really long break which keeps the player out of the map for a little too long. This would be okay, but then the section at 03:31:246 (1) – is kind of weak, so the player is starting to feel underwhelmed with this part of the map, but that's still okay because the rising bass implies that the section is a build up section into a strong section. Then you have all these long sliders and that are really weak, which makes for a whole minute with very weak rhythm. So I can understand not putting a spinner of sorts at 03:20:212 – (though this is the simpler fix), but don't also make the rhythm so weak with 03:42:281 (2) – and 03:45:039 (1) – and 03:47:798 (1,3) – etc. Pick one of these and change it. - increased the spacing of those 4 circles, realised it was too small, added a spinner like the ryuubey diff, but about the three sliders? I didn't quite get what you tried to say, so no change for them.

04:49:177 (3,4) – Based on instances like 04:52:625 (1,2) - , I'd suggest you stick closer to the vocals here by making (3) a 1/1 slider and making (4) a circle at 04:49:694 - nah, it's actually pretty fine atm.

The offset on the mapset seems to be off. I checked Extra and another and after some testing i believe you should try changing it to 89,811 & resnap.

The map itself seems fine but if you are planning to rank this I could try help.
