@Karen : i dont think its that hard... say, when you landed on 00:57:576 (1) - you just have to point out your cursor to the doubles, like. 00:57:576 (1) - this is just a kicksliders, you dont have to follow it to the end of the slider then your cursor just slightly move to the doubles instead.

In Hard and Insane respectively:

01:17:816 (1) and 00:33:738 (3) - Sliderbody and slidertail tail nodes are off-grid at x-(-6) and y-(-1) - additionally the latter might overlap with some skinned score counters

Additionally there is room for improvement elsewhere throughout the set:

Normal

00:40:035 (1,2,3) - Could potentially cause some confusion when reading, since (3) appears between (1,2) as the player moves between them. I'd move (3) to the left a little so it's completely clear for newer players
00:47:231 (1) - 00:50:829 (1) - Not really a fan of these sliderbody overlaps, they leave the player in doubt since the sliderpath is unclear. Remember you don't have an Easy diff in this set, so your Normal should be very accommodating for new players. A clearer shape with less overlap would be better, especially on the second one
00:59:825 (4,5) - Similar situation here, just looks like you ran out of room and tried to force in a pattern that requires this awkward overlap and flow-reversal. It would be better if (4) was moved up and curved a little more so that more of the sliderbody (5) is visible - something like 01:14:218 (4,5) is much more acceptable
01:04:772 (6,1,2) - Would be nice if these blankets were an even distance from (6), it currently looks a little strange, as (2)'s repeat/tail is also quite a bit closer to (6) than the head
01:23:663 (2,3,1) - Feels strange to have (3) mapping a weak sound on the head but a strong one on the tail, especially when that sound is identical to 01:25:012 (1) which is mapped as a circle. To give proper emphasis, it would be good to make (2) a slider extending to 01:24:338 - and then make the tail of (3) a circle stacked with 01:25:012 (1)

Hard

00:07:651 (1,2) - Strong vocal sound with whistle loses emphasis when mapped as an unclickable sliderend. Circle + 1/2 slider + circle would play better here
00:11:249 (1,2) - ^
00:20:919 (2,4) - Misaligned stack, bring (4) one pixel right and down to fix
00:40:709 (3,1) - ^ one pixel right
01:28:610 - In the Normal you had a 5% volume controlled green line here to mute the spinner end, but it's not present in this diff or the Insane. Please make them consistent either way

Haru's Insane

00:00:455 (2,3) - Similar rhythmical errors to the Hard diff, mapping the strong vocal sound at 00:01:129 - as a sliderend creates an artificial rhythm and wrong emphasis that don't play as well as they could if you followed the rhythm more closely. Similar issues at 00:04:053 (1,2) - 00:07:651 (1,2) - etc.
00:18:446 (1,2) - Sloppy blanket, (1) is curved much too tightly for a neat aesthetic here
00:53:753 (4,1) - Poorly aligned stack on head/tail, very noticeable during play

Mostly fine aside from a few sloppy aesthetics and odd rhythm placements, but those offscreen elements should really be fixed :/

I was modding this as it got qualified, just wish I could have been a little earlier but that's the way it goes I guess. Since I was modding normally I won't DQ until someone else has taken a look at it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just dropping opinion,

About the bold one so far they are not off screen while played on 800x600 and touching skin element is not violate the rules since they are told in guidelines instead, also imperfect blanket and stacking stuffs is not a valid reason to dq a set imo. If you said the set still have room for improvement, at least please wait for creator respond first, he might have his own reason and disagree with your opinion. Beragumen dulu dong, so far bagus kok mapnya jangan ngalah gitu aja karena dia merah

I don't think it can be count as a real problem since it is not off screen and it doesn't affect anything in gameplay, and overlapping with hp barand score counter blabla isn't even an issue, the whole screen is playfield and we shouldn't consider other things like those (including modes like HR) when mapping.

as for those additional things, it's really my first time to see such a good blanket being considered as a poor blanket http://puu.sh/pGC8d/9da58954d2.jpg, most of your suggestions are 1 grid movement changes, they do improve the map but they don't make much sense.

about the video offset, this is a must-fix thing if it's really wrongly set.

@Del05: anyway poke me again after you address the mods and adjust the video offset \:D/

Additionally there is room for improvement elsewhere throughout the set:

Normal
00:40:035 (1,2,3) - Could potentially cause some confusion when reading, since (3) appears between (1,2) as the player moves between them. I'd move (3) to the left a little so it's completely clear for newer players Fixed
00:47:231 (1) - 00:50:829 (1) - Not really a fan of these sliderbody overlaps, they leave the player in doubt since the sliderpath is unclear. Remember you don't have an Easy diff in this set, so your Normal should be very accommodating for new players. A clearer shape with less overlap would be better, especially on the second one Nope. i keep this. i have test it together with player who have low rank too. and there were no such problem with that slider and the time gap between this slider and the next object is enough for new player to see where the next objext is.
00:59:825 (4,5) - Similar situation here, just looks like you ran out of room and tried to force in a pattern that requires this awkward overlap and flow-reversal. It would be better if (4) was moved up and curved a little more so that more of the sliderbody (5) is visible - something like 01:14:218 (4,5) is much more acceptable I fixed it a little to show slider 5 body more. but i have to test it again xD and no such problem happen
01:04:772 (6,1,2) - Would be nice if these blankets were an even distance from (6), it currently looks a little strange, as (2)'s repeat/tail is also quite a bit closer to (6) than the head I think this one like now is fine, this one not affect gameplay so much i think
01:23:663 (2,3,1) - Feels strange to have (3) mapping a weak sound on the head but a strong one on the tail, especially when that sound is identical to 01:25:012 (1) which is mapped as a circle. To give proper emphasis, it would be good to make (2) a slider extending to 01:24:338 - and then make the tail of (3) a circle stacked with 01:25:012 (1) the head and the tail slider 3 map the same sound so i will keep this as slider 3 and circle 1, cause circle 1 is using clap sound instead of whistle sound (drum kick) like slider 3
