on Taiko, just make video of auto play (or with easy) of that song.
sync video and hid+fl+(hr) osu. just play with video.
or 2pc and at least one display, 1offline/auto , 1 fl/hid/(hr) online osu, sync both and play with automated osu.

This isn't intended, but won't be able to be detected as cheat , it will pass any kind of suspection even by peppy and replay data analysis.

Remove score multiplier about HR/Hid/FL from taiko, Hid/FL from osu , need to ask pro about ctb though.

In truth, there is no way to completely block out all loopholes for exploiting some of the mods, we can only lessen them.

We never know that some of these haxed replays may have been a result of actual memorization and was played fairly. Then again it is almost impossible to find the difference between a replay that was played with memorization and a replay that was played with an external visual gadget.

BUT, we can, however, detect those that are using 3rd-party programs to 'aid' them in these scores. Since this is actually a possible detection, it's feasible to purge those.

The mods were created to make things hard, and a score multiplier is a worthy reward for using such. The fact that one has to still resort to either memorization or an external visual device actually increases that difficulty already. It's a different case for third-party programs though, as basically you don't have to spend anything monetary and require less time to be able to achieve scores like that. In the case of having an external visual device, it's no different than the logic of one person having multiple Pokémon games of different versions having an advantage against those that only have 1 version.

I know many that have external visual devices, but I don't ditch them for that. Well, yeah maybe I get a bit mad, but not to the point that I find it eligible for reporting.

To be honest I have actually done this once: http://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmap?b=42796&m=1 . I got this score by simply looking at my DS Autoplay this song while I'm hitting the keyboard. But did you actually know until I told you this? It's basically almost impossible to tell, what can you do about it. Would you then conclude that I also look at another screen while playing Haya Saitama2000 and accuse me wrongly?

Point being: unless you can suggest some real way that we can differentiate players that memorized and players that are using external devices, I don't think it's feasible to do anything about it at the moment.

If some less known player did the same feat as that dt+hidden replay, people would be bitching all over him. But it's cookiezi so everyone is just "oh he's just good" :/

Did you also redact your suspicions because of the "he's just good" peer pressure or did someone show you proof? If so, link me up. I'd be glad to have actual proof that he is "just" inhumanly skilled and not a cheater.

I'd like to see some proofs as well. I don't care how good he could be, DT+H(and still getting only 5 100s?) on maps like Lemon Tree just doesn't seem legit.

removing FL/H score multipliers? are you kidding me lol, I know there are shitheads using 3rd party programs to get FL #1s but there are also those of us who spend hours to memorize a map (Lybydose's 700 Haru Haru plays, 300+ Wahrheit plays which doesn't even include all the attempts with spunout. also my 400 Starmine plays which I literally got within 6 hours of continuous play.). Memorization is time investment so we should be rewarded if we manage to pull it off.

Why don't you guys just spectate Cookiezi if you think he is cheating?
Just request that he plays the song you think he cheated in and see if he can repeat his performance. I seriously do not understand why some people think other people cheat just because the accusers cannot do what the accused can do.

If you are that worried, why not ask him yourself and see if he can make a video instead of discussing it here where he probably never visit anyway?

The difficulty difference is huge. Thus, making a video of a play on a much easier song proves nothing.

Just go spectate Cookiezi sometime and you will see just how skilled he is.

Haha, indeed, but strong suspicions can only be removed with proof. I can't be certain, but I sure can accuse or suspect based on the replays that I've seen.

Peppy knows Bikko doesn't cheat because Bikko uses touchscreen. He is a good player and there is the proof.

I asked Cookiezi ( with help from KRZY) and he said he will make a recording as soon as he gets a camera.

What I don't get is why people get suspicious of his plays. It is humanly possible and I don't find them to be overwhelmingly good to the point where they can bring suspicion.

First of all, I would like to see more supporting evidence for the claim that you can't tell if a player is cheating or not by spectating him. If Cookiezi was exploiting FL+HD I would agree, but how the hell do you cheat with KIRBY Mixes and get away while people are spectating you?

Also, I've seen Cookiezi play in real life at the end of June. His plays are legit, and I bet my account on this statement. If you have any problems with my credence, catch me in-game and we'll have a nice little chat regarding the issue.

Finally, I think Intermezzo has made it clear that this thread is not for accusing players of cheating. Please refrain from posting any material related to the legitimacy of Cookiezi's records.

(well I know this discussion about Cookiezi is over, but meh)

I'm pretty much actually sliding through the border of impossibility on some of my maps and Cookiezi shows that even he has difficulties with that. And if you'll notice from his mouse motions it doesn't seem like those misses were intentional, either, but rather was from a loss/gain of excessive pressing speed. Anyway, "I memorized" is the most common answer to be expected, and arguing with you here won't really prove anything. From both sides.
I apologize if you actually took the time to memorize every single note from your HID + FL records, but keep in mind that since there is no way for me to know whether your scores are legit or not, I had to post here.

Gomo is a pro player, at least better than his rank and your expectation. He just has some Internet problems and he hate anime songs...

He may very well be, using HID + FL is a pretty hard thing to do (and on his replays, he doesn't even need to search for the notes, I wish I had that memory). However, I've never seen a record of him on an insane or an actually hard map, I could only see HID + FL on easy/normals, which can be easily explained by a macro or the program moneto used for his FL scores other than memorization.

Which is why I said there is little point on arguing this here, let's leave the proving to the respective people, shall we? I merely reported an account I found fishy, after all, low playcount plus HID + FL scores is the most common symptom for hacked accounts, as it is the easiest way of cheating in osu! imo.

Auto Key Press FTW (or macro) .. he did perfect all 300 a stream 1/8 (382 BPM (:), and 1 100s .. really lol has cheated too in Marisa, but anyone banned him ..

(I listen this replay much times, press are precise with timing, not errors, all perfect .. we are human i remember lol)

Yeah I still don't understand why he/she isn't banned. Pretty freakin' obvious they have an auto/macro going on.( They said they FC'd Marisa with the Taiko Drum control with the rolling trick, witch would be perfectly possible but the home drum cannot respond that quickly, plus there is a response delay to the drum - PC every hit.) Also, players have told me they've seen the person miss a note while in spectator mode, then their note counter just goes back up to what it was before they missed, so they receive a full combo. Could be a glitch.

There are a lot of ways to hit 1/8 streams.
you can either use two keyboard keys, keyboard+mouse, or a Taiko-fitted TaTaCon.

MMzz, i don't think you know the fact that TaTaCons can be upgraded to virtually eliminate lags and delays.
Most Japanese and Korean players use the upgraded version :)

This is a common glitch in osu! prevalent throughout all three mods, maybe peppy will fix it soon.

Well, idk, most of his plays seem to be concentrated on easy and normal difficulties, sometimes Hard.

Considering how I was sometimes able to SS Hards within a week of starting osu!, i don't think this user is necessarily a multi-account D:

Back in the mouse days, you could hit big dons with mouse clicks

Big dons are worth double the score, so it is probable that Rokodo played before the mouse-clicking was patched.

Kanopu, on the other hand, used a TaTaCon, and it is nearly impossible to hit that stream on a drum if you're hitting all the big dons as they should be hit (I say nearly because theoretically it can be done)

I'm 99.9% sure kanopu didn't hit those notes as they are meant to be hit (i.e. with both hands at the same time), thus the abnormal score difference.

tablets are so damn easy, tried playing with one, everything becomes so ez that playing with < 9 circle approach rate is just boring

He even seems to be alternating between 3 fingers so that he doesn't get tired too easily. Funny that he only used one finger to stream on aurora 2, though. Well, I never thought of Cookiezi as a cheater, and he has just proven to be beyond godlike. He's really something else.

And of course that involves somehow tweaking the data that gets sent to the server, because definitely the replay cannot reflect this. What I do know though is that the numbers for each number in the ranking screen are stored in their own variables and can actually be altered directly, which I think is the case here...
