for some parts where you use lots of finishes after each other like 01:40:603 - it would be nice if you had a weaker finish for some of them since it feels a bit much right now with how long the finish sound lasts
there seems to be some kind of rounding error, because your first object is actually 1ms before the offset, but I don't think that will be a problem.
If it actually is a problem just move the offset back one downbeat
Do you really want 80% volume for the first and only that object? Considering you used 60% for this sound most of the time it feels a bit loud
04:00:988 - volume might be a bit too low since I need sth like 100 effect / 30 music to hear sliderticks. could use like 10% up until 04:04:603 - where it gets quieter and put 5% there since you already have the sliderslide silenced

01:15:911 (8,1,2) - this is a bit easy to misread with all the stacked 1/4 before (same for other two kiai, but after the first one people should have figured it out lol)
01:37:218 (3,4,5,6,7) - this seems a bit huge compared with how low spaced the other jumps around this are and the beats here aren't really this much stronger, even the 01:46:911 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - part has lower spacing o:
03:18:449 (1,1,1) - i liked the triangle you used for this at first and second kiai more cause that puts at least a small change in movement on the slider which makes it feel a little stronger
rhythm seemed solid overall, so I can't really suggest any improvement there
