Are you guys even in the same thread in this moment

Yes? It actually goes to infinity. Please no more.Khelly wrote:
Do you also believe 1 + 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4... goes higher than 2?
Thank you I can rest now.HamsterCurry wrote:

You added 1/3 twice.silmarilen wrote:
1+1/2=3/2
3/2+1/3=9/6+2/6=11/6
It actually sums to 2. Please stop spewing out of your ass. Also, the pp calculation is a finite sum, not an infinite sum. IIRC it only sums over the first ~200 terms in this case. Either way it's irrelevant. I can certify that Khelly doesn't know shit about math and somehow you've managed to demonstrate you know even less.HamsterCurry wrote:

no i didnt, read again.Khelly wrote:

Nice try though

Oh ok, you added 1/3 and 2/6 which are the same but not really.
Remind me which was the sum that equalled 2 again.silmarilen wrote:
also since apparently people are too stupid to grab a calculator, http://lmgtfy.com/?q=1%2B1%2F2%2B1%2F3%2B1%2F4
The one that's actually geometric.Khelly wrote:

Also you still added 1/3 twice in your post.
"3/2+1/3=9/6+2/6=11/6"
1/2 + 1/4 + 1/8 I forgot aboutchainpullz wrote:

It's ok, at least I'm capable of reading what you meant and what actually makes sense within the context of the discussion. Can't say much about some other ppl though.Khelly wrote:

If he doesn't pass me in the next couple days he might not pass me at all :^)Khelly wrote:

Jelli called it. 9 days left and OP still dead.II Jelli II wrote:
The problem i have with it is that hes going to try to challenge himself but he wont actually put remotely the work required getting better to make a jump that big that fast. He better be intending to play 8 hours a day, and efficiently, not just dick around and retry a lot. In addition, i'm sure he wont even care when he ends up failing, he will just be like "ohh well, it was too hard" without ever even giving himself the opportunity. Getting better that fast takes a lot of time and focus, and also quite a bit of luck to not go down a bad track which will lead to an inevitable wall.
At least he didn't end up restricted during the final week like I predicted. :^)Khelly wrote:
