This map is a big disappointment to me now. Gravity was something that I expected to be pretty poorly structured because it's done for the sole purpose of star rating, but I'm especially upset about Shirou's INFINITE, which was a REALLY good map at the start of this map's life cycle. Now, it's also super PP inflated and legitimately feels like a giveaway. Shirou's INFINITE used to legitimately be one of my favorite unranked maps to play, because it was actually rewarding to play through it and nail it all together...
... now, it's just another map to be forgotten.

The problem Blastix Riotz has is not the fact that it's "unplayable" or anything like that. It's the fact that the chart structure is very inoffensive - very safely patterned. It's safely patterned to the point where it's detrimental to the enjoyability (and quite frankly, personality) of the chart. Maybe for a calmer or more upbeat song, safe patterning is fine - as it would capture the essence of the song. However, when it comes to something like Blastix Riotz, a noisy and chaotic track - something as smooth as the current GRAVITY difficulty is giving the song a disservice. The layering, while I think it's overdone, is acceptable; and he doesn't need to water the layering down much to get it requalified again.Arkener wrote:
