Uhm a S doesn't indicate that you get a full combo on regular osu!, it just shows that you managed to get 0 misses with a decent accuracy. Here's the deal, or what I believe is how it works. Since Taiko is based on the standard osu!, HR makes spinners harder while DT makes spinners easier, that's why a full combo with HR+DT gives you as less score then a full combo with HR+FL so there's nothing wrong with the scores on http://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmap?b=39752&m=1 =P
