animalBGcolor.jpg should be 640x480 and it will need to be to work with my SB modifications.
I found alot of issues with your SB... so I've attached a new .osb file with modifications. Backup your old one and try this one out

I will mod the rest after those changes. Also, I didn't have a chance to go through the difficulty specific background stuff, but I guess it's ok, for now at least... Your SB for the diff specifics won't work atm because they are scaled differently. Unfortunately, all SB elements have to be below 640x480 (with few exceptions)

Wow thanks ! I used the new .osb now, and updated it a bit.
Also I have fixed the issue with the diff specific stuff myself (miraculously ,because I haven't tried learning SB loops yet until now).
But it seems fine. And did some changes to the names in the imitation diff

*Offset isn't on the downbeat of the measure. Use 1,852 instead.
*When the storyboard stops strobing and stays with the rainbow bg in the choruses, I think that it'd look better that the last pulse faded into the rainbow rather than abruptly stopping. =x

*Maybe rename this to "hawkzor's Easy"?
*Why are you using uninherited timing sections for volume/etc changes? x__x
*No kiai?
*I suppose I don't see any other "problems", but I'd like to see a bit more out of this difficulty. There are a lot of empty spaces where at least sliders could be used..

*Why is 0.5x slider speed used the entire song? Why not make it 1x and just halve the slider velocity? :/

*Second uninherited timing section should be at 134,586 (was 1-2ms off; always place sections like these backwards (e.g., third one first, then the second one) to make sure timing doesn't get screwed up). Also, 139/4 = 34.75, so use that bpm instead.
*Third uninherited timing section should be at 138,255 to keep the measures correct. (Resnap after all of this btw)
*Most kiai sections aren't starting on white ticks like they should
*Also, same kiai suggestions as in the collab diff
00:50:198 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I like this, but the overlapping might be deemed unrankable (especially with snaking sliders turned off).
01:39:838 (1) - (nazi) Perhaps move the last anchor down a bit so that the repeat arrow isn't almost upside-down? :c

Again, I really don't see any mapping "issues", but spots in all diffs feel a bit empty. I'd like to see a bit more excitement from this mapset than just the storyboard. ):

Kinda wished that the map started at 00:15:664 (1) as I find it starting on a kinda weird spot right now.
If you just removed those circles after 01:35:521 it would be a pretty good break there.
Why is 00:51:923, 01:05:953 and 02:14:801 silenced? It's pretty unfitting imo.

[Easy]
The verse is very hard to follow for an easy due to all the 1/2s :(
02:06:168 - Please add a 2/1 long slider here... or at least something.


[Normal]

This difficulty just screams for claps.. They would make it so much better

[Collab]
The high OD is unfitting and the HP drain is pretty high.
Also maybe make the circles bigger?

[Imitation]
03:20:089 (4) - I think ASH would more like place this 3 grids to the right and one grid down..
03:29:046 (3,4) - Bad stacking
Well I dunno how to mod this difficulty much more, the best way if the imitations are correct is to ask every mapper to say if they think you mapped correct.

Well not that bad map and Imitaion stage is a cool idea (I had it too but got bored of it after 5s..)

Imitation diff's offset is still incorrect (should be 1,852 instead of 2,716).

Aside from that though, I have a suggestion for the storyboard. I love the rainbow pulsing during the chorus, but the static rainbow background seems a bit strange by itself once the pulsing/strobing stops. My suggestion is to add a few (slower) pulses to those parts.

The first section of slower strobes would be at offsets: 76097,76744,77608,78471,79334,81277 to follow the rhythm that Ke$ha is singing.

I hope that you'll like my suggestion :p

02:18:254 - a quarter note before this timing section, add a timing section with the same hitsound settings but no kiai (for the change in hitsound volume)

Imitation Stage: (Not going to really comment on the style of the song since I don't know the mappers' styles that well. As a result, I was very lenient on both normal and combo modding for this diff. Still, your idea was very interesting)
Why is the offset in a different location in this song? Trying to line up the notes, the offset in this diff is 1ms off so either -1 to the offset or set it to 1852 like the other diffs

Timing section mod:
01:23:003 - a quarter note before this timing section, add a timing section with the same hitsound settings but no kiai (for the very slight change in hitsound volume)

i think it's ok, but about the imitation stage, it have some issues with the imitating styles, some parts are uhh... never mind, maybe the real mappers style are like that.

After finishing the download of this map the game told me to update all the difficulties.

This means that the map is wrong submitted.

Do a full submission again and contact me.

Just to make it clear that everyone knows:
There is some kind of a bug I with using the character "$" in the title,
If you download it you have to update all diffs again.

It's the same with all other ke$ha maps (or at least the ones I have checked)

People have also said it earlier in this thread and I have done many re-full submissions, hasn't helped

Alright, then.

[Imitation Stage]

This difficulty have a different offset from the others. Change the offset to 1.852 and resnap all notes. (Don't forget to adjust other red lines as well)

The uninherited section on the wrong white tick messes up the osu! metronome as well (pulses on the main menu and such), but whatever...

EDIT: Plus I don't know why osuplayer111 told you to change them in the first place, since I had already given you the correct spots. :/
