00:25:697 (23) - Remove the finisher on this hit. It's fine, but 00:24:128 (21) has an actual cymbal sound and strong emphasis than 00:25:697 (23). Same in all difficulties.

00:30:403 (1) - Add a finisher for the cymbal sound? Same in all difficulties.

01:11:187 (25) - Add a finisher? This will keep consistency with the rest of the difficulties. Same at 01:23:736 (45).

Flow the k-kdd ( 01:00:207 (17,18,19,20) - ) and k-kdk ( 01:01:383 (21,22,23,24) - ) is near, but both vocal and drums are different pitch each other.
So you can change someting to follow them anyway, consider again plz.

Hi Volta, I'd want to point some issues before this can get Ranked.

00:05:698 (1) - Although I can see the purpose of this spinner, it isn't a good idea for two reasons:

1. It being muted defeats the purpose of it, as there's no feedback provided to the players that they're hitting something.
2. Making the player hit repeteadly buttons contradicts with the idea of having a really calm section, and there's no held note to support it either. A break here would make more sense to follow your intention.

01:37:767 (1) - This spinner would be better having a higher volume (around 20-25%), and additionally, some kind of smooth decrement in volume to 10%. The fade out in the isn't really low to deserve an instant 5% change.

Once these issues are fixed, this can be requalified again.
