I will mark suggestions, nazi or problems (I rarely ever mark them, though)
[General]It's my mistake at long time ago but IMO. All 3 Insanes is good enough to rank.
- -The kiai on the bridge (01:38:052) Could've been avoided Ok Fixed
- I... see now it's kinda overpresent, but arent 3 Insanes a bit too many for such a slow song?
[Easy]
- Nice easy difficulty.Thank you! I didn't want to clog the post with nazi/repeated suggestion, so I tried to limit how many entry of the same nazi or suggestion I entered.
[Graphics][Rhythm]
- 00:01:467 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - A "rotating pattern" my be beautiful in this part. To do it yo just need to copypaste and rotate 00:01:467 (1,2) - . An example there I think its good too. Fixed
(1)
(2)
(3)
(4)
(5)- 00:22:320 (2) - move it two grid level 4 right and two grid level 4 right and move the red waypoint a bit up with the Grid Snap disabled (or Shift pressed). You wanted something like this, right? Remember to check if it encircle it with the approach circle Fixed
- 00:23:784 (2) - One grid level 4 left for better mutual encirclement of the next (1). You might want to nazi a bit of the encirclements like this, since they are a bit unprecise. Since it's nothing heavy, you may or may not check them yourself. Remember to check it with the approach circle, and that you may need to deactivate the grid with Shift to do it.I'll avoid this kind of nazi from now Fixed
- 02:08:784 (1,1) - Those are kinda rough. try to make a better curve in the first half by: Fot the first slider moving the first waypoint two grid 4 up and one right and put the red waypoint into x:404 y:52 by disabling the grid Fixed
- 01:11:710 (1,1,1) - You may consider doing like this: Fixed
As it complement and follow the rest of the map better. Graphic example (Continue)
For the hitsounding: the first slider may have soft Finish at the start and the second may have: soft whsitle(start) - soft whistle(repeat 1) - soft finish (repeat 2) and normal finish (end)- 02:14:637 (2,1) - Use a single long slider Fixed
[Hitsounds][Combo]
- you may consider using a slidertick hitsound. For example in the sliderticks of 00:24:881 (1) -, 00:26:345 (1) (only the first one) and so. To do it, use inherited sections before, using set D:C2, and after, using set D:C1 the tick and copypaste the drum-hitclap as drum-slidertick2
- 00:01:467 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Use the whistle only at the start? To mark the piano key
- 00:13:174 (1) - Use the soft finish instead?
- 00:24:881 (1) - You may use the soft whistle or finish instead of the Drum Finish? ( Set "Addition" to "Soft" )
- 00:26:345 (1) - Add soft whistle in the repeat
- 00:30:735 (1) - Use the soft whistle in the sliderend? ( Set "Addition" to "Soft" ) drum hitnormal is okay but i lowered the volume
- 00:35:125 (1) - Use the soft whistle in the sliderend? ( Set "Addition" to "Soft" ) drum hitnormal is okay but i lowered the volume
- Add/Use soft whistles ( Set "Addition" to "Soft" ) to 00:32:198 (1) -(repeat), 00:35:125 (1) -(end), 00:36:588 (1) - (start), 00:38:052 (1) (start), 00:39:515 (1)(start) and so. (I don't want to clog the post with this suggestion, just use it where you think it might supplement the voice. This is valid for most of the map where drum sampleset is being used
- 00:39:515 (1,1) - I like the soft finishes kinda better there (instead of drum)
- 01:29:271 (2) - from this and all the breakdown, why did you stopped with the NCing of all the map? It's kinda drastic using a single Combo for all that part
In easy diff. I fixed all except slidertick HS (just try to make easy diff look simple)
[Normal]
[Graphics][Rhythm]
- The same nazi suggestion are valid. Check encirclements as approach circles. For example :
- 00:06:406 (4) - This is fixed by moving the first waypoint one grid 4 up and the last one up and one left than to (x136 y335) disabling the grid snap
- 00:07:320 (1) - This by moving the first waypoint one grid 4 down and the last two grid 4 down
- 00:08:784 (3) - Stack it under (1) end?
- 00:51:223 (1) - Three grid 4 up and one left to let the end stack with the start of another slider.
- 00:53:052 (2) -The triangle will look better by moving this one grid 4 left and one grid 4 up. Perfectly respecting the distance snap to!
- 00:53:784 (4) - Try curving it a bit like this to make it's end stack with the other slider end?
- 02:04:393 (1) - Put it under 02:02:930 (1) - end? Move 02:04:942 (2) - a bit down too to fix distance snap
[Hitsounds]
- 00:39:515 (1,2,1,2) - Use this pattern instead
As it'll feel much more natural to play and naturally call for repeat
You may fix it like this and this
Putting a Soft Finish on both (1), a Drum Clap on the first (2) and a Soft Whistle on the second (2)- 02:14:637 (1,1) - Use long sliders?
To me the spinner here doesn't quite fit well. You might correct like this:
(1)
(2)
(3)
(4)]
- you may consider using a slidertick hitsound. For example in the sliderticks of00:25:430 (2) - (second), 00:26:345 (1) (only the first one) and so. To do it, use inherited sections before, using set D:C2, and after, using set D:C1 the tick and copypaste the drum-hitclap as drum-slidertick2
- 00:11:710 (1) - Add a whistle at the start and
- 00:12:808 (3,4) - Add a whistle in those too
- You can Add/Use soft whistles in the parts where the drum sampleset is being used by setting "Addition" to "Soft" in some places. For example: 00:13:723 (2) - start, 00:15:186 (2) - start, 00:16:649 (2) - start, 00:18:113 (2) - start, 00:19:576 (2) - start, 00:21:040 (2) - start, 00:22:503 (2) - start, 00:23:966 (2) - start, 00:23:966 (2) - start, 00:25:430 (2) - repeat, 00:26:893 (3) - start, 00:28:357 (2) - start, 00:31:284 (2) - start , etc.
There are places in the chorus too. like 00:51:771 (2) - start, 00:53:235 (3) - start and so!. In the breakdown there are 01:34:759 (6,7) -,01:35:674 (2) - start, 01:37:137 (1) - start, etc.- 00:13:174 (1) - Try using the soft finish at the end?
- 00:24:881 (1) - Use the soft finish or whistle ?
- 00:42:442 (1) - Use a soft whistle? The drum finish is kinda heavy for this
- 00:43:906 (1) - Use a soft whistle? The drum finish is kinda heavy for this
- 00:51:223 (1) - Try with a soft finish instead
- 01:02:198 (2) - Exchage the soft fiish on the slider end with a drum clap?
- 01:02:930 (1) - Use a soft finish instead
- 01:14:271 (3) - Use the drum clap instead
- 01:14:637 (1) - Try with a soft finish instead
- 01:27:808 (1) - try using the normal hitnormal at the start (setting the sampleset to Normal)
- 01:29:271 (1) - and 01:30:735 (1) - try using this hitsound at the start
- 01:45:369 (1) - the drum finish at the start seems heavy. Remove It?
- 01:46:832 (1) - You probably didn't remember the drum clap at the end. Use normal hitnormal at the start ? (change sampleset to normal)
- 01:47:564 (2) - Use soft whistle at the start
- 01:47:930 (3) - Use drum hitclap in both start and end.
- 01:48:296 (1) - Use Sampleset:Normal Addition:Soft at the start instead, to imitate both the drum hit and the cymbal!
- 01:48:845 (2) - Use Sampleset:Normal Addition:Soft, to imitate both the drum hit and the cymbal!
- 01:51:223 (1) - Use Soft Finish Instead (use addition: Soft)
In normal i Fixed all. but some parts that you suggested me to use soft-hitwhistle is kinda weird. so i will decide (or PM you) later.
Bigtanksthanks for HQ mod! and new HS!
Update!!!
I'll mod this post for the remaining diffs (or make a new one if you want) ( I usually stay quite a bit of time to check maps)
I'm seeing something good, especially for a mapper without ranked maps.
I'll throw you the first star since I both like the song and what I've seen since now.
