This beatmap could use with some audio timing points mostly at the start because it's a bit loud. 50% from the start till 00:08:072 (1) - sounds good

Easy
hard to see anything wrong with this one but will try give a few suggestions or ideas :D

00:18:989 (1) - Instead of a straight line with this, you could try have it curve or sway with the lyrics a bit. (this is a bad example but it does go with it well)

00:20:549 (1) - I think 3rd point which is an anchor in this slider seems a bit ugly and not smooth. Try remove and move the 3rd point to x:220 y:128

00:31:855 (2) - The flow and rhythm goes in this slider and can be a bit confusing for beginners. I would drag the slider back to the white tick and then extend the end of the slider to where it was before. Thus make it a better rhythm and easier to play

00:03:394 (1) - After this spinner is quite a big gap. And there is a bit of sound played too. My opinion would be to reduce the spinner back to 00:06:123 (1) - and add a reverse note at 00:06:513 - looking like this

00:22:888 (3,4,5) - instead of (4) I would remove this and make (3) a reverse. This way the new (4) will blanket into (3) if moved and also (3) will fit the music a bit more

progression among diffs is actually even around a factor of 1.6 (speaking in terms of objects)
if you think jumps in Experto's kiai have to be toned down, then say so i'm currently fine with that because they play nice

How are non-mexican (?) people are supposed to understand the difficulties? I am pretty sure the difficulties names' need to be understandable by everyone.

Experto & Duro > 00:00:567 (3) - This slider doesn't really land on a beat or follows the vocals properly, what's the purpose of it?

By the way, that title colour tweak you are asking for is impossible. Text formatting can't be set for separate words or symbols, it has to be applied to the whole line, so best you can end up with is the title torn to three lines, which makes zero sense.
