alright, random modding.

for next time, don't ask modding request which were closed to accept. but i want to modify here since i afked a lot.

anyway, let's check general things at first.

[General]

* Metadata : OK!

* BG Size : OK!

* MP3 : seems fine, but i suggest to change 128kbps to 192kbps. it would be better, right?

btw, 192kbps is maximum mp3 file kbps of ranking rule.

* TAG / Source : you must delete Naruto from tag since you used 'Naruto' in source. it's overlap.

if you want to keep naruto in tag, you can use source as 'ナルト 疾風伝'. it's original anime name.

* Timing : i'm not sure about it. because i don't use my own computer now.. up to others x.x

* Offset : i think 939 is right.

* AiMod : check. please.

* Difficulty Spread : OK!

anyway, you should hitsounding further. it's not enough for current as ranked quality. ( at least EZ difficulty's one )

and your song folder has a lot of unused hitsound files. you must delete some of them which weren't use. make sure about it.
