Dear Mapper,
dedicated modding takes a lot of time. Much more time than you need to read this entire post. Please do it before you spit a "maplink thanks for modding" in my queue.
I should also be able to help with timing.
Modding can occur in english or german, I'll always assume the former if there's no comment about it.
I will look through the requests like every 1-3 days, write which songs I listened to and which ones I'll mod and close the queue as soon as there are 5+ Modrequests I didn't listen to yet.
I don't know if these rules/tips/warnings already suffice, I might edit them in the near future depending on how this develops.
Alright then, give me everything you have, I'll mod it all!.

Warnings
This is called Newb-Queue for two reasons.
First of all I'm a newb at mapping and learn something new everytime I open the editor and spend an hour or so in it.
Due to my inexperience my mod won't be as helpful if you're already good at mapping but for other newbs there should be sufficient things to mention.
If your map already got a few mods it is likely that I won't be able to add anything useful.

Rules for Modrequests
- I don't value getting contacted ingame or via PN about mods or this queue. Depending on what your reason for contacting me is I might exclude you from modding(and/or put you on my foe list) - this is mainly for "why dont you want to mod my map" or "can you mod my map pls?" or "can you take a look into my other map xyz as well?" or similar stuff - or we might have a delighting chat or something but in any case it won't increase your chances to get a mod from me. If you have a specific question about a mod I already did for you, feel free to contact me though.
- I will decide if I mod your map after I've heard through your song(not the map) once. If I don't like it, bad luck.
- If your map has above 200 bpm I won't mod it.
- One map per post, standard only
- No bubbles
- Editing isn't allowed
- Your mod request has to contain my name so I know you read either the rules or my name.
- I don't mod things I can't play reasonably well. This includes the following limitations for things I mod - of course this only excludes certain diffs of a mapset from modding, not the whole thing:
- Maximum AR is 9,2
- Maximum Star Rating is 4,2
- Depending on how much I like the song/mapset(and how much time I have) I will decide if i mod one or multiple difficulties.
- Your mod request has to contain an ironic sentence that ends with "!.".(Directly referring to this rule in your post will exclude you from this queue, there's an example of how to include this at the bottom of the post)
- If you want help with timing you should have tried it yourself beforehand - the second and third rule mentioned in this box don't apply to timing requests but I'll decide how far my help goes(especially in terms of variable bpm).
- Ignore the 7th rule mentioned in this box. Mentioning my name in this queue will exclude your post from modding(yay, triplechecking if people read the rules - again, don't refer to this one).
Smartass tips to increase your chance of getting a mod
- I like melodic songs and songs with interesting rhythms, natural voices and acoustic instruments.
- While this doesn't mean that I don't appreciate other music as well, your chances decrease a lot if it's heavily based on techno/electro/hiphop and are nil for speedcore which is why I included the bpm-rule.
- However it means that your chances for a mod will skyrocket if it fulfills all three things(the first two are more an "or" as it's hard to get both in one song) and should fulfill at least one of the criteria if you want to have a chance against other modrequests. If there are no other requests I'll still mod it but please ask yourself how likely this is.
- If you ask for a mod for a specific difficulty it's more likely that I will look into it as it won't take as much time compared to a whole diffspread.
- If your map already got a few mods it is likely that I won't be able to add anything useful(mentioning this twice cause it's true).
- Reading the rules can be useful.
