Hand pain while playing osu!

(I do not know whether I have posted this in the right space)

I am playing songs around 4.1 - 4.2 star songs, and I start to get a pain in my left hand (the one I use to click the keyboard).
Is there any tips anyone can give me? I have tried taking breaks (for about ten minutes

) and I have tried getting used to the pain, but no.
Reply quick, as I dont want to quit osu!

a. feel the burn
b. hand exercises
c. rest longer
d. go see GP
e. augment body with robo arm (may get you banned\)

Stop playing when your hands start hurting and come back the next day.

sorry for the slow reply but you might be hitting too hard or your keyboard is as hard as rock
make sure you don't play continuously for more than 3 hours

It is okay to play more than 3 hours in multiplayer rooms cause you get breaks in between

and mind your posture
