I think Whistle S:C1 is too loud for this music. I get why you used it after I listened to the song.
Either reducing the volume of the hitsound itself or changing to another kind of hitsound starting on 01:08:435 (1) - 02:16:807 (1) - and 03:29:365 (1) - would be much better

00:25:528 (1,2) - This is not really elegant, make this pattern more airy with a better angle between these objects, move this slider somewhere like :

00:48:726 (1,2,3,4) - this is not really comfortable to play, the player has to notice the spacing change and it requires much aim to be able to handle this pattern, even with a higher AR. It should be better if you make the DS consistent here.
01:41:923 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make this shape close to perfect, the irregularity is noticeable, just see :

01:51:865 (1) - This should be stacked with 01:51:516 (7) - because it might be confusing with the jumps earlier.

Easy, Normal and Hard are fine, i doubt about Lunatic, this diffs needs more mods to improve its quality imo.

Ohhhh I forgot to check this for a long time :<

Yeah fixed the slider CB mentioned, checked in default skin and the slider shouldn't be touching the hp bar even the slightest (although I think it wasn't touching in the first place but w/e)

Only gonna throw some points at Lunatic since I've read Cherry Blossom's comments.

00:22:737 (2,3) - I find this stack really dull and strange, don't really see a reason to have no movement here so change to a more spaced pattern?
00:27:621 (7) - Try to place this equally between 4 and 6, will look a bit tidier.
00:30:412 (5) - Why is this 3/4? Does not really fit the music and plays akward due to the calm music.
00:42:795 (4) - Would be cool to place this up a bit, will increase the transition from 3 to 4 a bit.
00:43:144 (5) - Add a soft finish to the start? Will fit the cymbals.
00:49:946 (5) - Don't see why this is 3/4 since you skip the vocals on the red tick with this.
00:57:272 (1) - Missing a finish on the start?
01:13:406 - Try to add a note here, this will give a rhythm that's more complex and closer to the song since it follows the drums.
02:00:586 (4,5,6) - Place them equally between 1 2 and 3 and the following notes, will look better and improve gameplay by equal spacing.

To be honest, I don't think this is ready to be bubbled yet.
Lunatic's rhythm can be closer to the song at times, try to listen to the drums.
But the biggest issue is that a lot of pattern are just not tidy.
Or at least placed tidily. Go ahead and try to fix pattern that are not equally placed to each other.
Or tidy up pattern you don't find appealing yourself.

EDIT: Allright, i think reworking this diff and patching it up with mods will just make it look worse and worse. I'll have to remap the whole diff orz. Sry for the wasted effort guys.

THere's definitely a triple at this point.

Checked this set, But i'm worrying about diff spread.
The diff jumps between E-N and N-H are logical, but i doubt about H-I.
On Insane diff, there are much density with triples and streams, and things like this 01:04:423 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - which makes this kiai a little more challenging. I recommend to add some triples in Hard diff to reduce the questionable difficulty gap between H-I.
I won't bubble pop this map, you can self pop it and ask Hinsvar for a rebubble. And then, call me back.
