Lazer's Normal
i really suggest sticking to 1 SV, and 1 DS. map looks too messy right now.
00:02:675 (3) - could be a regular 1/2 slider instead? to follow the music better. removing 00:02:975 (4) - is the main point since it has no sound.
00:09:875 (2) - delete this, it has no purpose.
00:10:775 (1) - would make much more sense as a repeat slider to follow 1/4s.
00:13:175 (4) - nc, new measure.
00:15:875 (1,2) - 00:18:275 (1,2) - bad polarity, player has to play a 3/4 rhythm spacing, hard to read. also bad DS. i suggest: http://i.imgur.com/U93ohPX.png
00:24:875 (6) - you can make slider, its bad to have too many circles in a row, confusing.
00:27:275 (3) - 1/2 slider, since focus is on guitar, not percussion.
sorry but this difficulty still requires much more attention and signifcant remap before it can be considered for ranking. apart from the points discussed previously, take these points in mind:
1. focus on one audio track (percussion or guitar?), switching between them constantly is downright confusing, like: 00:35:075 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - what is this
2. use more of the playfield, now its really underutilized: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2967248
3. get more experience, usage of current patterns is very lackluster and could be improved. study other maps works best.
4. strictly follow DS, this is a must, its a normal difficulty.
5. work on more consistency with same sounds in the pattern. its fine to vary a bit but make sure all important beats are emphasised adequately.
Lazer's Hard
same points as above, and don't do gimmicky stuff like: 00:21:875 (5,6,1,2,3) - in a Hard, its too confusing.
00:25:475 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - still very inconsistent switching in audio tracks, very hard to follow rhythm.

A's Insane
00:03:125 (1) - 00:05:525 (1) - 00:14:225 (1) - inadequate emphasis on the obvious loud guitar strum. its on a sliderend.
00:11:525 (1,2,1) - well i see wht you're trying but they aren't lined up right
00:15:875 (1,2,3) - i see no reason for ending on 1/8. especially if you have to silence the sliderends. sure its an extended sound, but regular sliders are fine. in fact even if you want to keep them, don't silence the ends, its VERY awkward to play since 'echoing' hitsounds that aren't directly at the 5% part will be reduced in volume as well.
00:18:800 (2,1) - odd spacing here.
somewhat of the same issues with the other difficulties, with both the loud guitar and percussion in the background, you're constantly switching between them with no actual sense put into it. especially with an Insane where DS can vary, you're not using many reading tools that can help the players deduce the rhythm at hand. let's start with this section 00:25:475 -
- 00:25:475 - first off loud guitar is on sliderend. a w k w a r d

to summarize, all standard difficulties, although yes, thoroughly modded(?), still lack in quality. in fact they cannot be considered for ranking at all. without significant reworking existing issues will still persist no matter how many mods you get. the comments in the Normal generally summarize my thoughts on how this could be improved.

The slider ends 5% exists because I do not want the hitsounds to play. This pattern emphasizes the start of every slider, which is the start of every new strong sound in the music. It is not possible to create sliders without ends, I want the sliders to be like one slider that is cut into 3 sections, without hearing the end of each section, becasue there isn't.

sorry but this difficulty still requires much more attention and signifcant remap before it can be considered for ranking. apart from the points discussed previously, take these points in mind:
focus on one audio track (percussion or guitar?), switching between them constantly is downright confusing, like: 00:35:075 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - what is this
use more of the playfield, now its really underutilized: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2967248
get more experience, usage of current patterns is very lackluster and could be improved. study other maps works best.
strictly follow DS, this is a must, its a normal difficulty.
work on more consistency with same sounds in the pattern. its fine to vary a bit but make sure all important beats are emphasised adequately.
Lazer's Hard
same points as above, and don't do gimmicky stuff like: 00:21:875 (5,6,1,2,3) - in a Hard, its too confusing. Alright...
00:25:475 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - still very inconsistent switching in audio tracks, very hard to follow rhythm. I don't find it hard to follow at all

About Source, there's an "Iris" you forgot to add after "Athelier".

About song(Artist + Title). Googled a bit and found there's a *fluffy* in the title between "the" and "Workshop" (acording to this site). Not sure yet. I'll be asking there.

Hitsounds feel good.
Rhythms a bit odd for me, since it follows mostly the guitar, which is very uncommon in osu (or, at least, for me).

* Why not use the same combo colours (including amount) as like as Normal and Hard uses?

01:21:125 (3,4,5) - Triplet a bit unreasonable, even with feint/weak/overlapped sounds in backs. Try to delete the middle note (4), so you can make it a duplet or with some spacing between (3,5). A duplet feels more recommended.

01:21:425 (6) - If you don't want remove a triplet from the map, here's a good place for a triplet.

01:37:475 (6,1) - Spacing here feels a bit misleading -- unless it fits some purpose. But let's it get forth.

Hi, the metadata that you suggest is taken from the Japanese original CD. they have 2 version (english ver released by NIS America) and original Japanese version released by Gust. This is why I am using Japanese name for the title, but using the english name for the Romanised Title because the version that i have is actually taken from the english released track. is there any ways to keep the metadata as it is?
Add welcome to the workshop in the tags.

Source:イリスのアトリエグランファンタズム again, same issue with above. this data is taken from the english-released soundtrack version in which case the name should be in english, and this is why on the tags i added the japanese name instead イリスのアトリエグランファンタズム

01:37:475 (6,1) - Spacing here feels a bit misleading -- unless it fits some purpose. But let's it get forth. The purpose was to create a triangle with 3 and 6, but I guess it is not really worth the weird spacing change, moved.

still id say this should be popped because the mania quality is really lack of by lot
i certainly wont let this pass at its current state
also advice for your maps in the future :
in lower diff , please do not focus on more than a single instrument , pick the unique one such as guitar/piano or other lead instruments
drums and bass are optional they are for intersection between lead instrument if they repeats to give variation in term of playing
arent necessary to map them along with the lead one . it is okay for you to focus on both drums and lead in harder difficulties
