I don't know about hitsound's between a beat, it doesn't feel right at all and personally throws me off. I don't think they're intrusive to gameplay, and i feel like the hitsounding would be incomplete if I didn't cover every kick/whistle. Besides, they are able to be turned off if they become an issue.

I do feel as if these changes are reasonable.

00:25:831 (3,4,5) - These feel bland, and it leads up to a strong vocal.   - 00:37:831 (4,5,1) - And I'm not sure if this is really that good. Maybe try to find another way of changing the tone in the singer's voice.
  - 00:46:655 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - The sliders are at a weird spacing away from the single circles, maybe bring these evenly together?
  - 01:00:419 (3) - Doesn't look right to be this close to the previous note, but idk, could just be me.

  - 00:16:478 (4,1) - This is weird to play. Keep it just a reverse slider, or lessen the reverse slider and add more circles.
  - 00:25:831 (3,4,5) - I don't really like these notes. Too small of sliders.
  - 00:36:066 (3) - Move closer to previous note.
  - 00:36:596 (1) - This is also really strange. Keep notes at reasonable distances away. I think this is too far.
  - 00:56:537 (3,1) - I can see why this was done but idk...not much flow.
  - 01:03:066 (2,3,4,1) - A bit of weird spacing among these? Try fixing it a bit.

• - 00:09:243 (3) - I don't like the placement of this.
  - 00:34:478 (8,1) - Was a big strange to play imo. Idk.
  - 00:36:772 (1) - Even though this is hard, you can probably get away with mapping something here either way.
  - 00:48:772 (4,5) - These are wider than in "Smug's Insane". Reduce the distance of this slider, and maybe add the sliders like these to the insane.
  - 00:55:478 (1) - Still not sure about this spinner.
  - 01:13:125 (3,4) - More sliders that are too fast '_'. xD. Change theeeeese.

• - 00:11:361 (4,5) - I personally don't like these in Normals...
  - 00:25:478 (1,1) - You can add a spinner between these two notes.
  - 00:25:478 (1) - Also change this combo to the previous.
  - 00:57:243 - Add note here.
