00:12:072 (4) - This is not a big deal but if I'm not wrong is not recommended to use 1/2 with many repeats on the most easier difficulty on the mapset so I'd like to suggest you about using this rhythm instead, it's better than the current one in my opinion.
00:40:661 (4,1) - How about to improve this blanket? something like this could works well.
00:35:367 (5) - NC here to maintain the consistency with the previous combo pattern or otherwise 00:41:014 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - remove some of them at this part, it's quite weird to see 1~4 and then 1~2.
