all of the sb note actually represent the music, but i aware using storyboard note instead 'real' hitsound on the notes doesn't make sense, at least it's encouraged to layer the notes with actual hitsound instead placing it into sb note..Ranking Criteria - Guidelines wrote:

The girl/woman in the background seems squished, i assume it's because you scaled it instead of cropping it, which makes the woman look disproportionate

I think you misunderstand a lot. he pointed out 1534ms is unnessary to use.
but you can read ranking criteria says hitsound should be longer than 100ms and at least it follows well even long.
