Hard
00:23:874 (1) - I would recommend a soft sample with normal finish here and 35% volume sounds the bset
00:29:972 (2,4) - may try drum samples for these two notes to match with the light percussion in the music
00:31:191 (5) - also drum sample here, as a clap simply feels too much
00:31:679 (1) - same suggestion as 00:23:874 (1) -
00:34:362 (6) - would recommend an additional clap at end to go with the double "snap sound"
00:35:581 (1) - a whistle on head would fit the piano perfectly
00:37:289 (5,6,7) - for these, it would be good if you remove the whistle on 6's head as there's only kick drum soud, and add whistles on 5, 6's end and 7's end, they would match with the piano nicely
00:38:752 (9) - same as 00:34:362 (6) - , it's a quite consistent hitsounding pattern in this part

00:46:313 (5) - I would remove the whistle here if I were you, it mostly doesn't sound really good to add whistles on kick drum sounds as the whistle sounds are with high pitch and the kick drums are like bass sounds which is quite low, they don't really fit in each other at the same point
00:46:557 (6) - same as 00:34:362 (6) -
00:47:289 (1) - it's really calling for a soft finish on head to go with the cymbals, this beat is obviously heavier, isn't it
00:50:459 (6) - remember the double claps~
00:51:923 (3) - a whistle on head would fit both the piano and the vocal which would be really good
00:54:362 (1) - need a clap here~
00:54:850 (3) - should better have a whistle on head like what you did for 00:39:240 (1) -

01:02:899 (1) - you probably need a finish sound here to emphasize the strong beat
and for the following part, it would be easy and good if you add whistles to every two white ticks, (something like 1&3 whistle, 2&4 clap) as there are consistent heavier piano/key sounds/vocal sound at points like 01:03:874 - , 01:04:850 - and 01:05:825 - and so on
besides, there are some points which are still calling for double claps like 01:06:069 (6) - and 01:09:972 - . They're pretty consistent, which appears once in every two stanzas till 01:14:606 - , it would be easily catchable if you listen closely
01:14:606 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - for the nine notes here, it's recognizable that they're divided into three groups and each with three notes. the first two beats in each group is heavier and with higher pitch so you could try adding whistles to them so the stronger and the weaker beats would differ from each other. to be short, I recommend to whistle on 1&2, 4&5, 7&8, regardless of the claps, as they're on different tracks
01:19:484 (5) - for the kiai part, I think you could try to add some more whistles on heads of sliders which is following the vocal like this one, and 01:22:411 (1) -
also to mention, doesn't it feels a bit weird to have only 35% volume for most parts of the kiai, which should be the strongest part of the song? I would recommend 50% volume for the whole kiai, like what you did in Normal diff. and if you wanna make short parts like 01:21:191 (3,4,5,6) - stronger you could make them 65%

02:20:947 (5) - also finish at its end would be consistent with 02:18:996 (1,3) - and fitting
02:26:801 (1) - try a finish on this and another one on 02:30:703 (2) - for the slow part? they should be the most heavy beats and deserve the attention
02:32:411 (4) - for this one, I'd recommend both finish on head and the reversing point as there're cymbal crashes in the background according the music
02:33:630 (6) - clap on it's reversing point and tail sounds pretty good to me forming the double clap pattern
02:35:581 (5) - ok it's kiai again so you know you need whistles on head of "vocal sliders" like this one and such. you should especially pay attetion on sliders like 02:38:264 (2) - as they followed the vocal at the cost of ignoring the heavy drum beat on white tick 02:38:508 - , so the whistles are meant to be added on their heads like some kind of compensation and rhythm indicator. also remember to do the volume adjustions if you did any for the first kiai
02:40:947 (4) - although there're many whistles and finish sounds you used to emphasize this point, it's still important to have the basic clap on it to be consistent, also for 02:41:923 -

You could also try this in Normal diff if you want to

for the normal diff, it's good that you already have the "double claps" which I mentioned above
There're still some missing ones like 01:09:972 - though

Also plz pay attention to hitsound consistency between diffs after you've changed some hitsounds in Hard. and some important finish sounds are missing like 02:32:411 (3,4) -
