* BGA.jpg, BGB.jpg, BGC.jpg, and BGD.jpg are unused. Remove them
* Why there's a white BG at 03:21:038 till end of kiai? You plan to add BG on there?
* Sakura.png has a black line spot. Remove it?
* Some SB BGs are over 960x540 and 960x600. Resize it to make a better gameplay performance

Sorry but BGB & BGC is indeed used. Anyway, deleted other unnecessary files.

BGC is the end of the part's BG.

Keep the sakura's shadow.

  3. Rename hit100g.png to hit100k.png, delete lyric\23.png, not sure about cursormiddle.png

As a skinner I wanna say that cursormiddle.png shouldn't be considered for the completion of a set. It should only be included if the mapper wants to have it in.
The cursormiddle.png can have two purposes:
  1. add a visual center for the cursor,
  2. make the trail create a larger amount of afterimages to make it appear like a longer trail (less likely).
It will mostly depend on the usage intended by the mapper.

I need to pop this because of negative offset.

  1. Using negative offset is just stupid and makes not sense. I don't know who suggested it but please do not do that next time. Its perfectly fine to have objects before the first red line and that is not even the case here. I feel sorry for the mapper. Change it to 809 as the first beat is there.

since there will be a bug if I adjust the red line to 809. This is why I chose negative offset

If there is a bug it needs to be reported but negative offset shouldn't be used under any circumstances. It makes no sense to follow something before the music starts.
