I was gonna comment on the timing, since I have no issues with a straight 127 bpm, but it's BeatofIke and I trust it XD
I was trying to look up for metadata info for this song. No official sites, nothing, so we'll have to make do with what we got. I like how this song is just called code lyoko (main theme) or whatever for the first couple seasons.
This is what the metadata would be if you went from the videos and didn't want to have a chance of getting DQ'd over it. Of course the album itself probably contains different metadata. This is all I can provide for official though, unless you have something else that works. I'd rather save you a DQ later on if at all possible..

- 00:45:780 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - I really don't like the rhythm choice here. Stuff like 00:47:198 (2) - barely even hit anything audible in the song. It would have been so much better if you decided to follow the other instruments. http://puu.sh/feA8p.jpg is an example of what the rhythm could be like when following it.
- 00:11:288 (3) - Please don't do this. This is a normal difficulty and this sort of slider can be very confusing. I highly recommend you simplify it.. It doesn't even really fit the song anyways since it's not some crazy held note or anything.
- 00:01:834 (5) - you have two of these sliders in the song. I really don't care for them as there isn't anything in the music that emphasizes on a wiggle like this.
- 00:40:580 (4) - x329 (x+1)
- One more thing. Way too many 1/4 triplets. Try removing a good handful of them. Stuff like 00:17:314 (3) - is pretty much useless. I'd like to see a few of these removed throughout the song. 42 / 78 / 148 note gap is quite a difference from Normal->Hard

- 00:51:452 (4) - That slider is touching the HP bar. As far as I know this is an UNRANKABLE ISSUE, so just move it a bit down because it's not a problem (the very last note in the difficulty so it's easy to avoid it).
- Maybe HP/OD7.5 so it's more sexy with AR7.5? Also more challenging since this hard is not so hard and it shouldn't harm the spread.
- 00:02:543 (2,4) - Um... and If I well remember this one is an unrankable stuff too, since the reversing arrow can't be 100% covered so the arrow is invisible and hidden. Maybe you could rotate the slider and move it abit down so it is more like *THIS*, but ofc you could blanket it more or make something more good-looking.
