You seem to be changing the consistency of note placement quite a bit throughout the song, or at least it's very sudden when you do, for an easy difficulty you'll probably be wanting to favor consistency in timeline placement over directly using only certain notes out of the song. Because players who are playing easy are still building their basic play skills and still getting used to the idea of how the game is played. When you throw a sudden timing change at them, they won't have any idea what happened.

Your consistency here also seems a bit lacking, but it's not quite so drastic and doesn't really affect playability as much as in easy.
00:10:178 (1,2,3) - Consider a circle folowed by a repeat slider then another circle. That way you still hit all the same notes, but you don't have a standalone circle on a red mark with nothing on the white before it. Like this:But it still sounds fine :d

  3. 00:15:763 (1) - Remove NC and add NC on 00:16:242 (4).
  4. 00:18:476 (3) - Would be better to revise this so that a note is on 00:18:795 rather than a slider end.
  5. 00:19:433 (4,2) - Not really sure what these SV changes are emphasizing. Vocals don't really suggest anything like this.
  6. 00:21:508 (1) - I'd move this to (490, 182) for better readability and flow leading into 00:21:667 (2).
  7. 00:24:061 (4,8) - This should look the same as 00:24:220 (5,2). Pick which you think looks better and adjust one of them so it looks more clean.

Your mix of red and white ticks make this diff really hard to follow at times, and I often lose track of what you are trying to snap to.
