I get it to work once... Then it stopped changing the name of the song after first song... then after that i had to completely reinstall for it to work until i stopped streaming and it doesn't show OR edit the np.txt in anyway... What am i doing wrong ?
EDIT: YES, i am running everything as admin, yes i tried to clear the np.txt file and also re creating it...

When i set the Keycounter to NUM1 and NUM2 it wont register :c but it works with every other key

Removed dependency on SystemHookCore.dll (rewrote keyboard/mouse hooking completely) - SystemHookCore.dll can be removed from osu!StreamCompanion folder.

ALRIGHT piotrekol i figured it out... sorta. i figured out a way to use it with absolute maybe less than default settings. i managed to hunt down the np .txt and use it. earlier it wasnt appearing but now it saves and auto updates to a place on my drive as it should.
now the issue: any settings i make dont save. unless theyre on the first page of the config window any other windows and when i re open it everything i typed dissapears, although it is possible im typing in the !dl! thing wrong (im no coding expert if you cant tell)
thats all i really have for you. i dont expect you to help fix it at all, however i thought the least i could do was contact you with the specifics since you said youve never seen the problem before. so there have it. and remember if you need to contact me please use osu or twitter (still not used to forums) btw twitter is @zcore211

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bot to actually say anything in the twitch chat when one of the commands is used. Everything outputs to the text files on my hard drive just fine, but it won't say anything. I have the program linked to both osu and twitch, and my output screen looks like this:

I got silenced / warned by Bancho boat for spamming myself when using osu!StreamCompanion, am I using the program wrong or is it unavoidable? Will I get banned from osu if I keep using this program or is it considerd acceptable spam?

You can simply fix this by turning off connect to Osu!. This will make it stop spamming your in-game chat and nothing else. Everything else will work as normal.l1mi wrote:

As far as I know you can't bypass the "spam" so either getting muted or just don't connect it to Osu!. If Piotrekol has any other Idé then.l1mi wrote:

Just got 3 things to mentino:
1. when I change the path of the np.txt data (in the osu!streamcompanion launcher) it doesn't move the folders, not even after a restart.
2. If there are multiple songs with the same name, the link for the beatmap will be always the same, at least until you play 1 difficulty, after that it resets to the unspecified link. Also it is not clear which difficulty is meant (CS, AR, etc. while browsing the song collection)
3. If I stop osu! or even just stop the playing songs in the main menu, there is still the name and link of the last song. there are other programs which then show a text like "no song playing", if you could fix that, that'd be great!

I downloded new version, and when entering into settings got this :

Also I wonder what you did when you came in my twitch chat, but I could see this in game :
I saw 3 similar messages on the game, this one was at the same time as this appeared on twitch :
, the other two did nothing (Or I don't know what they did)
I just wonder if it's normal that these messages appeared in game when they were not even visible on twitch chat, because I guess they sould'nt and are of no use for streamers :p

what's going on? i double checked osu irc and twitch irc configs and they seem to be accurate, i don't know what the problem is.
EDIT: restarted all programs running on the PC, generated new irc passwords and it worked.
EDIT2: its now acting up again, giving me the same message along with this when i try to close the program: http://puu.sh/g4Gq6/b1516a00df.png

First off, thanks for making this!! This is awesome, I use it with my own little stream tool for cursor tracing and it makes everything connect really well

Besides that for some reason your main window looks plain ugly and broken... , make sure that StreamCompanion isn't blocked by firewall or sandboxed by antivirus.

Using Xsplit however I have litttle to no use of the imagemods since I cannot make the picture automatically refresh itself. Any pointers on that? I tried to make an image slideshow with mods.png twice. Thinking of "piping" another file to the mod.png like mod2 just in case.
Also, I do know this concerns only a very little part of us, but if you could make it work with the tournament client that would be AWESOMESAUCE, really.

as for tournament client - I don't have access to it so it won't happen.
the easiest way is actually to just create a image slide show add "hero.jpg" then check the box "progress images every" and set "when finished" to loopI am not using xsplit so I don't know if this actually works.

I think somethin's broken :

I've found some of the missing mod images from your preset pack. Just tell me if you want the .zip and I can PM it to you Piotrekol.
Also it seems like the software can't detect me playing Target Practice. Something you could look into.

Piotrekol, could you explain to me how you're pulling information from the osu client? I'm trying to make something myself but can't figure out anything except for the song title (parsing it from Process.MainWindowTitle. I use C# btw).
