[ Kantan]
SPOILER
  1. 00:44:936~00:50:936 - If you ask me, this is a radical change of what you have done before. I recommend to keep your previous pattern constellations up to 00:50. In case you wanted to prevent having too long patterns, I suggest following to this: Instead of the previous suggestion, you can just delete notes 00:43:651 (40,41) - , so it doesn't become to continuous. This solution might be even better when I think about it. In the kiai you can keep the continuous mapping then, and it would be more emphasized due to this. I tried the second solution but I fear it would break the flow I've done, so I preferred the first version.
  2. 01:17:508 - Have a d d k instead as you had before?
Mostly really simple Kantan. You had some great patterns here, such as the monotonical triplets or things like d d d dkd in the kiai. Nice.
And I like it that the HP is 6. In this way, people do not play the first notes and quit suddenly just for a rank.

[ Futsuu]
SPOILER
  1. 00:29:508 (34,35) - Wups, snapping error. HOW DID IT GET HERE
  2. 01:08:294 - Recommending to delete the note. It's the same like in Muzukashii, so in this way, Muzu can carry the 4 dons. 3 dons+one big kat* (tried to have a nice and smooth thing but either way blah
  3. 02:00:365 - This might be too experimental, but try deleting this note? Kind would like to see some note reduce due to previous 1/3 pattern 01:58:651. Try to make it somewhet easy around it or delete it completely. 02:01:651 (208) - is a better spot to delete to me
  4. 02:07:222 - ^ since there's nothing around for it I don't think it will be deleted
    {
  5. 02:19:079 - Can be deleted to have a bigger rest moment. This kiai is kinda intense with these patterns and additional 1/3. done
  6. 02:19:079 - ^ this is literally the same thing ono. wild guess it was 02:22:508 -
  7. 02:25:222 - delete? would feel empty to me
} Well, gave quick some suggestions. Maybe you will have better ideas for some rets moments and reduce of notes. But something like that would be good.
  8. Do same for the rest of the kiai.

[ Muzukashii]
SPOILER
In general you can use some of the deletion suggestions from Kantan. Not in the exact same way, but on similar timestamps. In this way I do not have to repeat my self. After all, it's the same song in all diffs.. In that meaning: Will just take care of the quality in Muzu.

  1. 00:05:936 (5,6,7) - Oh well, maybe one suggestion about deletion: Have d k instead, to follow the vocal in a more appropriated way? Same can be done in Oni and Inner maybe. Dunno, d d k sounds okay, but doesn't feel right when listening to the vocal. Your call. did dkd instead, so there are notes on the 1/1 spots where there is a bell in the background.
  2. 00:20:936 - Well, actually would suggest 1~2 deletions as well, but not sure here. If Inner and Oni wouldn't be so "hard", we could done that. But I think better leaving it as it is, since else the spread would be in danger. let's just see if the other modders can
  3. 01:08:936~01:21:794 - Some removals recommended. tried as much as I did, ended up having a 1.5 beat break
  4. 01:32:508 - ^ with the deletion in case you change the whole section to 3/4 snapping. would be better off having it so it makes the 2/1 more notable
  5. 02:07:222 - I wonder why there is no 1/3 anymore? dunno what you're talking about
  6. 02:22:222 - Actually when following the way you placed the rest moment, this should be filled with a note and 02:25:651 - kept blank. Since you did the second rest moment for the 4plet 1/3, you might wanna consider either deleting the 4 plet and add a note at said place or.... you just keep it. But would be odd with rest moments then. Your call, too. the break here was intentional because it follows a rather complicated pattern
  7. 02:35:936- See? You did the same here. Now the breaks are consistent. i don't really know what you mean here, should i delete the note ?

[ Oni]
SPOILER
Oni needs in my opinion some more removals. the jump from Muzukashii to Oni is pretty high. You can see it for example here: 01:07:865~01:27:794 - Muzukashii provides mostly 1/2 + 1/2 patterns, followed by Futsuu which has of course less of them. But suddenly, their comes Oni with a few rest moments and a lot of 1/4 patterns. You should really reduce some of these 1/4. And in case there are parts which provide a lot of 1/4, you can try to have bigger breaks instead. Such breaks are able to compensate a lot of hard patterns, which lowers the difficulty of a map really much. done

What I said above won't be seen in my mod. I will leave that part mostly to you, since you are an old mapper and know how things role. *roll

  1. 00:41:079 (91) - Can be deleted. Would make the spread saver to Muzu when counting the amount of upcoming deletions. would rather keep the kat here since it's a snare
  2. 00:47:936 - ^ (If not this, try deleting that 00:44:294 (108,109) - ) ^ but applied the alternate suggestion
  3. 00:51:365 - Can be kept blank if you ask me to seperate the parts from each other in a more significant way. left the first note at least
  4. 00:58:222 - delete snare D:
  5. 01:58:222 - could be deleted same D:
  6. 02:05:079 - ^ ^
  7. 02:12:365 - From here, similar deletions can be made like ^
    did the followings : 02:15:508 - 02:28:365 - 02:38:233 - 02:38:651 -

[ Inner Oni]
SPOILER
  1. 00:23:936 (55,56,57,58,59,60) - I will leave this open for now and see what the other modders say. Maybe think about making it easier. The look of this is a bit questionable since the patterns are a bit clustered, yet might be okay. the monocolour part between the dons are on purpose exactly for 2 reasons: 1. more predictable pattern, nothing too fancy and 2. not too hard, so people can enjoy it. I would've used 1/6 but in the end it would sound wrong because it isn't snapped this way.
Well, in general I'm okay with the Inner. Pattern wise some things could be changed if you ask me, but that is rather own preferences. Will leave that to upcoming modders as well and give some thought about it after a recheck.
You might want to add here and there some breaks as well. In general the spread to Inner is preatty high, but in my opinion that's fine. For experienced mappers (old BATs and some new one) it seems like it is okay to have a good spread between Kantan and Oni. Inner can be a bit out of the picture (of course not too much).

Also one general word about the set: Overall it is fine, dispite some stuff I have mentioned. Enjoyed Kantan up to Muzu a lot due to simple patterns they often provide. In Oni and Inner some refining in pattern might be possible. But maybe it's just me.
additional breaks put regarding the mod, no real out-of-mod changes.

[Kantan]

00:50:936 (50) - (I swear I hate this song) Delete this note to have a 4/1 break again and to have a break before the kiai. Gives it more emphasis or sth
01:58:222 (139) - Move this 01:57:365 - here to follow the vocals a bit, it its current position it sounds random. 01:57:794 (138) - This could be changed to a kat or sth after that
02:05:079 (148) - Move 02:04:222 - here
02:15:365 (158) - Move 02:14:508 - here
02:18:794 (163) - 02:17:936 -
02:22:222 (168) - 02:21:365 -
02:37:222 (189,191) - These could be deleted since this part is calmer compared to the rest of the kiai in other diffs too and it makes a difference to Futsuu

[Futsuu]

00:23:936 - Add a note here since Futsuu currently is a lot like Kantan here while Muzu has a 1/4 triplet here (also Muzu is similar to Oni might want to look at that) (00:30:794 (35) - btw)
00:46:008 (57,58) - You could delete these notes since they don't seem to contribute that much and are already missing 00:39:365 - here
01:29:079 (149) - Would prefer if this note was gone, seems to be too much compared to the rest of this part (yes I know kiai has this)
01:28:222 (147) - Also it might not hurt to have this as kat so you have more than one ddk triplet here

[Muzukashii]

00:44:294 (87,88) - As I have mentioned in chat, after the deletions of some notes in Futsuu there has to be at least one more 2/1 break in Muzu, in my eyes at least since Futsuu -> Muzu is bigger than Muzu -> Oni here. Delete these, also has the nice side effect of giving vocals room. 01:46:222 - Also refer to this
00:51:365 (107,108,109) - Oni lacks these. Delete, add note 00:50:936 - here
02:04:365 (299) - Why isn't this 02:04:079 - here

[Onion]

00:45:365 - to 00:47:936 - is mapped very weird. 00:46:222 (116) - You suddenly stopped following your kat rhythm here and 00:46:651 - 00:47:936 - lacks notes while 00:45:365 - 00:46:651 - seems to have too many. I don't care what exactly you do but do something (and fix the kat rhythm)
00:51:365 (137) - Delete to have space before kiai since the song is so lame that you don't even notice that kiai starts if you keep 1/1ing
00:59:186 (171,172) - Delete these notes too. I'm okay with 1/4 anywhere but it doesn't sound well here. You could add a don 00:56:829 - here to compensate. It would even follow song :3
01:46:972 (338) - Why. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy^4. Move it. Make a triple out of it. But no doublet
01:53:936 (367,368,369,370,371) - Previous diffs always had a break here and it doesn't seem like a bad idea for this diff tbh
02:19:508 (468,469) - Trade to follow kat rhythm more
02:25:651 (498) - Delete since this kiai is very similar to Inner and it would at least make a break here.
02:36:794 (548,549) - 02:37:365 (551,552) - ^

[Inner Onion]

00:05:294 (5) - That overmap is not necessary
00:24:044 (56,57,58) - Is this really needed. I mean, if it was consistent across the whole map, okay (01:35:722 - ) but it isn't and it doesn't really play that interesting, except if you want to screw DT players a little bit. Just make it 1/4
00:27:472 (75,76,77) - ^
00:30:902 (94,95,96) - ^
00:34:330 (114,115,116) - ^
00:40:972 (135,136) - > : (
00:51:794 - to 00:53:508 - ~ 00:59:079 - to 01:01:222 - dat difference
01:03:472 (264) - Move 01:03:686 - here and maybe change the pattern to kkd or something, it sounds weird atm. Also you could follow the 1/4 in vocals.
01:44:615 (469,471) - This is a little bit too much. A big little bit.
01:46:329 (479,481) - ^
01:46:865 - Meanwhile this actually lacks a note.
01:53:794 (520,521,522,523,524,525,526,527) - Since I mentioned this in Oni too, do something with this if there are changes in Oni
02:04:508 (573,574) - Change to dk (01:57:651 (539,540) - )
02:07:508 (588,589,590,591) - Change to dk kd 02:00:651 (554,555,556,557) - . Also might want to change 02:07:222 (587) - this to don (all doublets like this are dd) or 02:06:651 (584) - to kat
02:39:222 (749) - Change to don since the note is as low as 02:38:794 (747,748) - and it sounds better this way

[Muzukashii]

00:51:365 (107,108,109) - Oni lacks these. Delete, add note 00:50:936 - here only the two last.

00:45:365 - to 00:47:936 - is mapped very weird. 00:46:222 (116) - You suddenly stopped following your kat rhythm here and 00:46:651 - 00:47:936 - lacks notes while 00:45:365 - 00:46:651 - seems to have too many. 00:51:365 (137) - Delete to have space before kiai since the song is so lame that you don't even notice that kiai starts if you keep 1/1ing no u I KEEP, it has background drums so i added d at 00:51:151 (138) - (pastis time)
00:59:186 (171,172) - Delete these notes too. I'm okay with 1/4 anywhere but it doesn't sound well here. You could add a don 00:56:829 - here to compensate. It would even follow song :3 00:58:651 (170,171,172,173,174,175,176,177) - d ddk k ddk is k?

Just make it 1/4 i fced it dt your argument is invalid i wanted to have a tricky thing here, it's not that hard if you think about it. the only thing that makes it hard is possibly the fact that the notes are close together. it's very obvious here that there is in fact something as such so that's why it's 1/8 and not at the other spot you mentioned.

  1. Mp3 file is 320kbps, is that acceptable for qualified ?
[ Futsuu]

  1. 00:48:365 (63,64,65,66,67,68,69) - how about this? more fit the song imo, and there only have kat, so i think it would not impact the spread a lot
tag is reasonable so call me back then ^^

Changed the MP3 file, but about the Futsuu suggestion, I don't think I will take it due to the rhythm used; I basically have the same root as in the 4 bars before.

waiting for Nardo's mod and then idk what happens, who rebubs and who qualifaiz in dis case ;_;

Let the Jingle Bass kick~

  • [Kantan]
  1. 01:34:697 (110) - k here could follow the high-pitched music there well. This could result in a nice contrast to the previous 01:31:222 (105,106,107) -
  • [Futsuu]
  1. 00:14:125 (13) - As the vocal pitch is really high, I would recommend k here. It would be more coherent to 00:07:268 (5) - too.
  2. 01:34:697 (160) - same as Kantan. It is noticeable that you are following the cymbals with d, but I think it'd be better to use k for the higher-pitched music.
  • [Muzukashii]
  1. 00:17:554 (27) - consider using k here as you did in Kantan and Futsuu ? k could accompany the special cymbal sound well imo.
  2. 01:34:697 (223) - same as Kantan. This could follow the decreasing pitch across 01:34:697 (223,224,225,226,227) - nicely.
  3. 01:51:411 (263) - k here to follow the background sound as you did at 01:44:554 (243) - ?
  • [Oni]
  1. 00:17:554 (32) - same as Muzukashii
  2. 00:33:411 (70) - I think this note could be deleted to emphasize the halt of music nicely.
  3. 00:46:482 (118) - d here could sound better imo.
  4. 01:34:697 (303) - same as Kantan
  • [Inner Oni]
  1. 00:33:411 (108) - same as Oni
  2. 01:14:875 - consider adding k here ? This could make a contrast to the previous 01:11:232 (293,294,295,296) -
  3. 01:28:590 - similar to ^ , d here would be great imo.
  4. 01:34:697 (431) - same as Kantan
