The MP3 you are using is very low quality, but I can't find a better one from anywhere, or find an MP3 of this at all, so I can't help you here. If you can, you should get a better MP3[ - Your tags are not great. You don't really need xxx in there, and I don't think this song is a metal song. Also, if you're having Hard Style in there (shouldn't it be Insane Style?), you should add "Easy Normal" in the tags too.
- Also, there is a lot of the MP3 that hasn't been mapped (just over 25% of it). You should cut the MP3 down to save space. (or cut the new MP3 down if you can get one.)
