And like you see, 初回限定版　ＣＤ+ＤＶＤ or ＜初回限定盤＞CD+DVD means <Limited Edition> CD + DVD. And ofc, the tittle doesn't have (TV Size) clearly. So I sugguest you should remove it.

This exactly got our point. Since the official site the map owner linked here doesn't show a label with (), there doesn't need to type it in both unicode and romanized title fields. As a reason why 『 』 is not needed, refer to images Oyatsu linked. I mean 『 』 is just used to split up, therefore it should not be considered as a part of this song title.
